I really admire how many new, creative and useful moves you find. This first one. Woo stretched my lower back gently. Felt so nice. I sit all day working from home and I will be using this move just for some little stretches when I get stand up or take a little break. You really are excellent at what you do and thank you for sharing your knowledge and gift with all of us. I started out doing one workout a day in February and for the past week I have been doing a morning and evening workout and I feel great. 🙌🏾🔥
