30 Minute Standing Cardio Pilates & Abs Workout

  • This is a 30 Minute Standing Cardio workout to exercise the whole body. This workout willhelp you burn fat as you move through a series of standing pilates exercise challenges which will work the core, hips, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and back. It's a full body session to give you a boost of endorphins without using any high impact exercises. Low impact on the joints with high intensity movements that require concentration and focus. A great workout for mind and body, especially if you're feeling sluggish from lockdown life. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I decided to create this routine as the last one was so popular. After all, we've all spent a lot more time sitting during the Covid lockdown so this is to get us all up and moving! It can be used as warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.Please click the Like button and Subscribe to the channel to help me make more films just for you.

    Got sweaty again 4 months later 27 degrees on my ceiling and still no pain in my right hip so thankfull❤😊❤.

    This was a wonderful workout for my whole body! I’ve been doing mostly your seniors workouts since recovering from chemo. They helped me get my strength back! But now I’m ready for more challenging exercises. Thank you!

    Much better than last year, since I’ve learned to adapt for my deficits by holding a wall when needed!still quite an excellent cardio session!🥵😊😉❤

    Oh my Rachel what a challenge!! I’m huffing and puffing, and my legs are like jelly 🤭🤭 Some moves I couldn’t do the full repetitions. But I kept moving. Definitely keeping this on my playlist, great for getting up the heart rate.

    Amazing class I was really pleased to do this class as I only do Pilates at my age I you use to do all the aerobic body conditioning in gym but that’s over thank you 😊

    I'm so glad I found your channel! I've really been enjoying all the different Pilates workouts, especially when you mix in some dance type exercises. I'm 62 and just can't do the high-impact stuff anymore. Yoga and walking workouts are ok sometimes. I tried Essentrics but it got kind of boring. I'm still sweating from this 30-minute workout. Keep the videos coming!

    I just want to tell you I’ve NEVER been so dedicated into working out until now!! I absolutely love your workouts, I feel better in so many ways!!! You know that stretch you do where you swing the left back holding onto the wall? Yeah, a month ago i would of pulled my thigh muscle doing that it would of hurt!! Now I CAN DO THAT!! Thank you so much for sharing

    Wow! What a workout! It really got my heart rate up and made me sweat! I just spent a week swimming, paddleboating, and cycling with my grandkids at an elevation of 6700 feet and I didn't get my heart rate up like I did with this workout! Plus I love your approach to exercise--it's not about how you look, but how you feel afterwards! Keep up the great work, Rachel! Thank you so much.

    Thanks for the class. A good mix and great for legs and balance. I did it on Saturday morning in bare feet on my cool kitchen tiled floor but still got warm ! I fully agree with your exercise principles as it’s so good for mental health x

    Wow, very challenging 🥵🥵🥵will feel tomorrow! Some moves too risky with balance/ataxia issues, had to hold a chair or skip altogether. I remembered previous cardio class (my favorite)myopic told us just keep stepping side to side, so I did! Have a great weekend, I’ll have to catch up on playlist next week, double up 15 minute classes!😊

    A great cardio session, really enjoyed it and could do with a bit of fat burning! Really felt it work my legs today! The 30 day challenge is brilliant haven't managed to do it everyday but do a few together to catch up. You really do work so hard and give a good variety. Thank you.🥰
