30 Minute Pilates Workout | Full Body Stretch and Flow Session

  • Join me for a 30 minute full body pilates workout. A class to energise, stretch and strengthen your body, leaving you feeling great, both inside and out. This session is a mixed ability workout and will feature both traditional pilates and contemporary variations for a full body session. After the class I welcome you to join me for a Q & A where you can ask me anything, but more importantly on this special day I'd love you to share your stories of friends and family, those are are with us and those who are no longer who may have served in the Wars. Happy to do shoutouts so please come along and get involved for a good cause.
    All the funds from this video will be donated to the Royal British Legion Charity Poppy Appeal 2021 to help raise much needed funds for the Armed Forces community. My fundraising page is now closed but we raised £938.00 which has been passed on to the Charity. I will continue to donate any money received for this video to the charity.

    Thanks for getting me into Pilates, seeing the benefits after a few weeks. I made a donation to the charity, as an ex RAF pilot I know how important their work is to veterans both young and old. They helped a friend with PTSD after the second Gulf War.

    A week late due to horrible chest infection- I’m never ill!
    Really enjoyed this as a first time ‘ post poorly’ work out.

    I’m going to give this a try but I wish you would do a few more senior-focused sessions. I love the ones you did about a year ago and wish you would do a few more. My joints don’t always like these mixed abilities ones! Thank you.

    Thank you Rachel, this was challenging in a good way. I just can't figure out a modification for taking leg sideways when kneeling (very stiff ol hips) Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
