HOW TO MAKE PUFFPUFF IN LARGE QUANTITY FOR PARTIES | SERVING 120 GUESTS | THE BEST PUFFPUFF RECIPE

Puffpuff is a Nigerian snack we love to enjoy, it’s made of majorly flour and yeast. It’s name was gotten from the softness and puffiness 😁. I hope this video is explanatory enough and below are the ingredients used
All purpose flour - 2 paint buckets/ 5.5kg
Sugar - 4Cups / 1kg / 804grams
Instant Dry Yeast - 3 1/2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract - 1 small bottle
Milk - 1 cup
Nutmeg - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Chilli pepper powder - 1/2 cup or to suit taste
Oil for frying
Onions
Water - about 14cups

Ma please review the yeast.....are you saying 3tbsp for 2buckets of flour?????.....your voice over is saying something different...because you said 1 bucket was poured into the bucket and you said teaspon but i cant see tbsp...please review...so we get the right measurement...thank you

Hi, yes tablespoons not teaspoons. 3 and half tablespoons of yeast, we didn’t want it to be too airy if you add more yeast it will rise more and have more air in the puff puff. The puffpuff comes out nice and filling isn’t too light but if it’s for sale or you want more quantity you can add about 1 or 11/2 tablespoons more

The quantity of oil differs, depending on how big your pot is. 5litres is fine, you just need enough to deep fry the puffpuff
