Some spiritual people believe that when you suffer a lot of trauma or one big traumatic event, (this also is scientifically known to trigger bipolar or multiple personalities) but, some spiritual beliefs, believe you leave your body when it gets to hard to be in.
When this happens, you kind of become an open vessel to maybe other souls that have been trying to get to earth or, that you become an open vessel for spirits that have yet to cross over.
Think of it as there is one seat in a room full of people and you, have been occupying this one seat for awhile and you finally have to get up and use the bathroom.
Imagine how many people/spirits are gonna try and sit on that seat.
Might be one, might be 24 piled onto each other.
They are typically referred to as, “walk ins”, or some may even call this “possession.”
I’m sure there’s many names for this phenomena.
They don’t have to be all bad spirits either.
Some stay earthbound for certain reasons.
Such as…
Having a sudden and unexpected death and or just simply not wanting to or ready to cross over.
Which would explain in another way, (thinking outside of the box), that this could be why they are all different people with different sexes, accents, language, interests, behaviors, ages, addictions, personalities, and so on.
