This was great! I did modify the middle section slightly as I live in a top floor flat and don't think my neighbours would take too kindly to me jumping around at 7.30 on a Saturday morning 😂 so just did explosive calf raises instead. Thanks again for another fab workout Maddie!

If they are flat and flexible enough, yes! I find it's much easier to really work through the foot if I'm barefoot though!

A Ballerina calf workout
Hello when i am doing Leg Raising Exercise or how it is called when i extend my legs and i am on my back on the ground i feel how i am falling forward is it normal or i am doing something wrong?
thats normal!! to avoid it, really press your lower back into the floor, to avoid lower back pain and to target your abdominals. do not extend your legs all the way down if you’re falling forward, overtime as you get stronger that will improve. hope this helps!! xx
