    This was a great mix. Been doing your workouts over 3 years and always glad of the variety. Not been feeling weights in last few months and have focused on Tabata and body weight HIIT so this was a great balance 😊

    Great workout and soundtrack. I’m doing this 12 weeks after a c-section, and 4 weeks after an appendectomy. Feels great to work my muscles and heart again.
