Can u tell me how to make my microphone sound as crisp and good as it sounds on this video? Is there a program or app or something to make it sound good?
First off, set the dial below 50% if you're in a noisy room. Next, set computer input at around 80%. At last, the speaking range is another aspect that makes the great difference. Keep the mic 3-5 inches away from mouth, the closer the better. If you have any software with the level meter, it's recommend to adjust the volume setting and make the meter bounces from -12db to -16db, then the sound will be pretty decent.

O Abel Joga - You shouldn't upgrade from the yeti if you're still happy with the audio quality you're getting. If you are unhappy with it, you might first want to try getting a boom arm and putting the mic closer to your face, and making sure the gain is set so it's not clipping, and you're on cardioid. This will help get pretty useable quality out of the yeti. No need to upgrade if you still have much cheaper options out there. If you do all this and you're still unhappy with the audio quality (and not just wanting to upgrade because I say the yeti isn't the best for that application), leave another comment.

If you plan to use K670 for discord calls or streaming, the K670 still do the job. But if budget allows, the K678 is recommended. Apart from the feature things, such as mute button, headphone volume control and different shape that K670 doesn't have, the main different is about the noise floor and the tone. Though if your room is not pretty quiet, and there's no plan for an arm stand, then the difference of noise floor is not quite noticeable. With K678, there will more bass presenting in your recording while still maintain the same sort of clarity. The reproduced sound will be more balanced and natural than the K670's.

Samson Q2U is recommended by quite a few top-notch UA-camrs, we cant deny that it would be a good choice if you're going to use a mic in a pretty noisy environment, it will aslo give you pretty good podcast sound as well. But in order to get the best out of it, you may still an USB interface. While your room is quite and you favor the highs over the bass, then you could consider the K670.
did u record this video with an external sound card? I do voice over and i want an great mic for record my dubbing. Without an background noise and with an high volume, the people must hear me perfectly and well. Thanks for the answer
Hi there. The K670 is a USB microphone, which has its own ADC. So it doesn't makes sense to bypass the ADC of the microphone and use the one of the sound card. Besides, it just doesn't work, because a USB mic needs 5V power supply while the external sound card provide either no-power or 48V phantom power.
I heard my mic playback in the headphones when I plugged them in. It was not being played back from the computer either as I had no software open to do that. It's strictly handled on the mic...now is it useful? No, not really.
Hey man can you help me with this, I really need your opinion on this ,blue yeti or at 2020 with um2 interface for UA-cam voice overs , probably will add a shock mount
Please do not buy a Blue Yeti. It's an overpriced toy. I strongly recommend buying a dynamic cardioid pattern XLR mic and an interface. USB mics are largely garbage. If you still get the static when you set the volume dial to 0, I think there's not the problem of microphone. Please try testing the mic on a laptop without charging cord plugged in to see if it's the grounding issue. If laptop is not available, could you bother to have your PC powered by another wall outlet? Next, to eliminate the possibility of a broken USB, just test with another one. Then, set the mic dial at 70%, computer at 80% and the best speaking distance ranges from 3 inches to 5 inches. At last, test the mic with different positions on your desk to see if the static is still there.
If budget allows, we think the best solution for the moment is ordering both of them to judge by yourself and return one of them. If that's no possible, you could check out some more videos about the pros and cons of those two mics to see which suit you more.
Apart from the features of stand and live monitoring jack (though noisy we would admit because it's not processed by built-in sound card, that also why you can get the unnoticeable delay for monitoring). When the comparison is draw between K669 and K670, the latter does slightly better job in lows and gives much more clarity in highs. Sort of all-round improvement from K669. But we're the seller, what we said about our own product is basically meaningless. If you're planning to choose one between, you can try checking out more videos before the decision.

Please, which is the better, Fifine k670 or k678 ? Please answer.🙏
The better microphone depends on how you're going to use. Apart from the feature things, such as mute button, headphone volume control and different shape that K670 doesn't have, the main difference is about the noise floor and the tone. Though if your room is not pretty quiet, and there's no plan for an arm stand, then the difference of noise floor is not quite noticeable. I’m thinking of getting it
How do you change the mic settings you did? like the boost, and bit depth you talked about, I dont understand that.
Which is best for voiceover Samson q2u or fifine k670
Or is there another good for them in the price range?
Samson Q2U is recommended by quite a few top-notch UA-camrs, we cant deny that it would be a good choice if you're going to use a mic in a pretty noisy environment, it will aslo give you pretty good podcast sound as well. But in order to get the best out of it, you may still an USB interface. While your room is quite and you favor the highs over the bass, then you could consider the K670.
holy shit that sound just perfect
Bandrew! Can you help us have a look at the Fifine K683? It says it has 24 bit. Thanks!
Yes, the 24-bit is available on the K683A.
Is this raw audio????
did u record this video with an external sound card? I do voice over and i want an great mic for record my dubbing. Without an background noise and with an high volume, the people must hear me perfectly and well. Thanks for the answer
Hi there. The K670 is a USB microphone, which has its own ADC. So it doesn't makes sense to bypass the ADC of the microphone and use the one of the sound card. Besides, it just doesn't work, because a USB mic needs 5V power supply while the external sound card provide either no-power or 48V phantom power.
Oh how I missed these. Nobody does reviews like...Adam? Uh oh. I've been gone way too long
Am I wrong or there is no zero latency monitor on this mic. I tested and there is a latency like when you listen your mic device on windows.
Watch the following video for tips on starting out as a voice actor. Great ideas on equipment here: ua-cam.com/video/_sjZJ9i_mH0/v-deo.html
Hey I’m looking to buy a Michael and I would like to know if I should get the K670 or K669B dame brand but different price-sing what do you think I’m trying to use it for Vocals uses like singing
fortnite micropon
Draako no i di t play Fortnite
(idk whats its called) Can i get some help i have this mic but no matter what i set the gain to and change around the setting there is allways a constant buzz in the background
Thanks
If you still get the static when you set the volume dial to 0, I think there's not the problem of microphone. Please try testing the mic on a laptop without charging cord plugged in to see if it's the grounding issue.
If laptop is not available, could you bother to have your PC powered by another wall outlet? Next, to eliminate the possibility of a broken USB, just test with another one.
Then, set the mic dial at 70%, computer at 80% and the best speaking distance ranges from 3 inches to 5 inches. At last, test the mic with different positions on your desk to see if the static is still there.
Would you say the XM8500 is better for singing than this one?
If budget allows, we think the best solution for the moment is ordering both of them to judge by yourself and return one of them. If that's no possible, you could check out some more videos about the pros and cons of those two mics to see which suit you more.
this or k669? what is different?
Apart from the features of stand and live monitoring jack (though noisy we would admit because it's not processed by built-in sound card, that also why you can get the unnoticeable delay for monitoring). When the comparison is draw between K669 and K670, the latter does slightly better job in lows and gives much more clarity in highs. Sort of all-round improvement from K669. But we're the seller, what we said about our own product is basically meaningless. If you're planning to choose one between, you can try checking out more videos before the decision.
@@FIFINE thank you, i will probably buy the k670.
Samson Meteor vs Fifine K670B? Which one is better?
