Very, very nice, thank you for the tour.
The garden has great potential, that stream is a charming feature, with some creative planting the grounds can become truly beautiful, there is plenty of space to create seperate areas for a pool area, flower gardens, and a vegetable patch.
The house can become a lovely and welcoming home with a bit of work. The kitchen is more than big enough to also be the dining area, which would allow a small apartment to be made in the current living room and attic, that could even have a private patio, the perfect guest quarters!
Beautiful property.

Wow, that's a small town
This is a bargain. Even in its current condition (which is not bad), I'd have expected it to fetch at least €150,000. It's clean and habitable and buyers even have the option of leaving it as it is.

Not familiar with those style windows....do the windows have a bug screen built in somehow? (Some window types have a glass pane that goes up or down depending on window and reveals a bug screen.) Just curious how that one works and if a screen is present.
No big screens, but can easily be installed, if needed.
There is potential, but it needs a lot of work. The lot is a reasonable size.

@@WhiteRvssian2023 The description has the name of the village, Arez. He mentioned it is south of the Tejo River...which is a river that is near to Lisboa. He mentioned it is in the High (Alto) Alentejo region....which means it is closer to Lisbon area than Algarve. Alentejo is between central PT and Algarve. But Arez should be enough for you to find on the map. His drone footage shows the area a bit....some places are completely rural...so nothing else around.

Together with fot portugal standards just a little land i think its way over priced by 60K
High demand in Portugal means higher prices
a slightly higher price for sure, but this is absurd and people suddenly think they are sitting on gold. ridiculous. fortunately enough affordable housing and land if you don't inquire via UA-cam. UA-cam houses are ridiculously expensive.

This is definitely a (real) house with a license. It's in a village with other houses around it. And they are already there for a couple of years i guess.
But before buying it's always probably wise to check, with the local authorities, if everything is legally in order.
