Loved the brightness of the main house, which from the look of the plants dotted around the home . Certainly indicated a good growing environment for the many plants inside the home.
I loved the domes that covered the hallways too ❤️

Well I’ll have it for a bit less in an instant, swap out a bathroom or two and maybe a retile in one or two bathrooms, possibly declutter one or two places and the job is done take a weeks work total as I’m in a wheelchair! 😂😂😂
Nick this place was a joy to see and if I wasn’t in this daft wheelchair I’d probably be all over this property like a rash, there had to be over 50 fruit trees then all them grape vines must be well over 100 of them glad it has its own bore hole.

Beautiful home. The layout is somewhat unconventional lets say . The hallways seem rather narrow but some rooms seem very large. I certainly could see myself living here. Is this being sold furnished? It’s pretty amazing place. Will take lots of work to maintain the property. But nothing easy is worth having as they say. That wine room looked moldy to me. I think she said they fixed it but it didn’t look fixed.

All these negative comments about the tiles. They add character to a property, and are very Portuguese. At least the bathrooms all look clean and in good condition. Putting white tiles everywhere would make it like a hospital! See my remarks below about some houses resembling mortuaries or health centres!
I prefer a house that's a bit dated like this one, than these architect-designed square boxes or cubes they construct nowadays composed of concrete blocks, with steel and glass, all hard lines and no curves. These houses are horrendously ugly and often are priced in seven figures, but never worth that amount. Quite aside from them resembling a mortuary, office block or health centre. Why anyone would want to live in such an ugly structure is beyond me.
At least this house looks and feels like one, and has character. Not worth anywhere near the asking price though.

This house in australia would be 2 to 3 million minimum it has a lot of tile with Portuguese vibe not on trend here but it’s not ghastly neutral tones , I myself would let the main house out and me and dog in the little caretaker all that land my lotto called portugal or bust didn’t win so I can only dream bargain , where I live is remote Tasmania , Sydney Siders sell their homes for 2 million aud buy here in sassy for $450,000 which is 600,000 euro approximately with a lovely $1.5 mill nest egg plus super for retirement great flog❤

It's incredible value in the Portuguese property market.
Maybe the Brazilian architect should have visited the site. Half mil+ property and the master bedroom has a view of the driveway, while its ensuite has the dramatic views and the square footage of a skating rink. And the front door is in the perfect location to bring in all the car exhaust. These are very amateurish design mistakes. Caretaker's cottage feels more special. The land is very nice.

As nice as the house looks from the outside and as nice as the shape of the place might be, the colour scheme especially of the batchrooms really hurts my eyes as well as my stomach. :)))

I like how the roof is not terra cotta colored...interesting that you don't see round windows at the top of the domes from the top of the roof, yet they are rounded inside

That is a celebrity status type estate. $$$$$$ It took a lot of time and effort to develop all that. Is all the furniture staying? Selling as is? Is the wine staying? I found all the clutter and personal nik naks in dome areas and in living areas very off pudding. Distracting. I couldn't see past it all. Even too many plants indoors and placed in wrong places. If I was the realtor I would ask seller to remove all that stuff so it viewed better. I also thought all the tile work was very ugly. This place could be so much better with just plain white tiles and bathroom fixtures. It is just a bit overpriced due to that. It will cost a lot to change out all the tiles on floors and bathrooms. But, boy it has so much to offer a family, a group and extra guest.
It does need a little updating for sure but the bones of it is superb 👌
I think a "celebrity" would not deign to call this home as it ain't got enough flash -- it's more homey and less "Peep My Crib".
It looks a place to chill with fam and enjoy the seasons and the fruit of the earth. I would feel confident extending respite and retreat there.
