This routine from Building the Classic Physique is my go-to and favourite to use, so I'm looking forward to seeing more videos in this series! I modify the routine slightly; I found doing the 50-60 sets recommended per workout, 3 times a week just to taxing for me at 46. I take just one exercise per body part and usually do two sets each (so Monday would be upright rows for shoulders, plus one exercise per body part for each of other body parts). A big takeaway for me from that book is the exercise order her recommends (shoulders, then pecs, then lats, biceps, triceps, quads, hams, etc.) which is very different than a lot of the "gurus" today would say to do, but it really makes total sense the way Reeves explains it in the book for blood flow and to save your legs for late in the routine as they provide your base. Keep up the good work and thanks for doing this!

Love dynamic muscle building and this one as well. Tons a great info from one of the best aesthetic physiques to grace this earth
Agreed!
Rudolph once again you produce another gem of video lecture and demonstration. Thank you for keeping alive the classic exercise routines.
Thank you so much, Fred!
Time to change my workout for next year, gonna take notes
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Mate, great video...but I'm impressed at your triceps. Your idol Bill Pearl would be proud. May he rest in peace 🙏
Thank you, Carlos. Hard training and genetics goes a long way!
@@ForgottenFitness it sure does
Solid video
Thanks man!
I'm going to add that dumbbell swingthrough to my routine for sure. The lateral raises are also good but a pain
Agreed, it’s difficult to get into that position for a lot of people
Yessirrrrrrrrrr 💪💪
