    Bravo!
    concise, clear, timely, great cueing...
In my opinion, those who compensates with an anterior tilt of the pelvis the elevation of the upper limbs, have often a poor mobility of the thoracic spine in extension, then point four is dependent on point three.
Consequently, the elongation of the anterior muscles of the shoulder and the chest is often more effective than focusing only on the rear of the capsule and of the muscles of the shoulder in general.

    Thanks Mike great video.
Same concept for looking at any shoulder dysfunction? Not just overhead too.. Was thinking also diaphragm but guess that could also be LPHC

Thank you for this. I needed some information for my healing process. I fell, not once, but twice in less than a year. The first time I I had a glenoidhumeral tear that was almost healed by the time I fell again (backwards the second time). No, I'm not clumsy, lol. I have drop foot issues, but the second time I tripped over a baby in a walker and it was me or her; I chose me. I now have a sublabral foramen vs SLAP grade I with DJD (which I knew) and a MCL in my knee (just my luck). Anyway, I don't have c1 and partial c-2 due to ACM type III. Surgery isn't my first option ever, as I've had a few already and PT is better for the body.

How long did it take to heal and where was the glenohumeral tear?

Whenever I try to do the overhead tricep stretch, My shoulder hurts and also I cannot feel the tricep stretch. Does anyone have the same problem?

    I disagree with your #4.
Yes, core control/stability changes the degree up overhead arm range of motion, but this is RELATIVE TO THE GROUND. Does it change relative to the actual TORSO? No, not really, and you can even see this in your demonstration with #4.
I think #4 is more IMPACTED by a lack of ROM from an issue with #1, 2, or 3, and may be altered (for worse, usually) to compensate for the lack of overhead ROM due to #1-3.

You've only told us some areas of the body which have the potential to limit overhead mobility. You haven't informed us of any way by which it could be improved, let alone 4 ways. Also, your own shoulder mobility seems pretty poor.
