I ordered the performance spoiler that costed me about $500. I live here in Miami if you ever wanna link up. I have to agree with you on the mileage with gas. I use 93. And spent about 40 bucks. Every two days give or take. I’m almost at 600 miles. I also drive a 2023 turbo diesel 2500 Chevy Silverado. That’s my baby. I spent $100 on her. And she lasts me over a week. Does about 450 miles.
Got mine with basically the same as your except mine is the Dark matter grey and I have the duel exhaust. Literally same things your saying are my only complaints! As time goes and I can mid it the way I want to I’ll love it even more! Good perspective and great video man!

I also have an s650 just and ecoboost. Still like it tho it’s quick. But the reason the pre collision assist light comes on is became the front camera on the windshield is foggy or covered.just run your air that goes on the windshield and it will go away as soon as the air warms the windshield up and the camera can see visibly !
I just got the 24 Ecoboost and man I’m in love with the car! The gas mileage is great and the features with the screens and everything it’s one of the best cars I’ve owned. Absolutely love it!
Ok bro. Very nice description…I sold my scat last July which I regret. So I decided that I wanted to get another one….but of course these prices are a no go for me…I’m not paying 65-80 grand for another. Mine was a widebody shaker. Black with red interior. Roof etc. the Mustang pricing is what attracted me…if I were to get one. I’d get the 300a trim with the nite pony package and active exhaust with a manual. I believe optioned like that,the price is around 46…I know the MSRP’s on these mustangs have increased as well. But I’m seeing some online discounted by a few grand already…not sure it that’s just some dealers trying to get ppl in the door with that lol…but for 4-6 grand off on the spec I just mentioned. I’d probably jump on one…I see used widebody shakers going for high 40s and low 50s on average. But a used muscle car scares me a bit lol…if I went that route. I’d have to inspect the car thoroughly in and out…and I wouldn’t want a used one with any mods to it whatsoever…I haven’t test driven the mustang as of yet…but I see a few manuals finally popped up in my area. I just need to go drive one and see if I like it…also, I was wondering if the active exhaust is even worth the extra money lol. Your stock exhaust sounds pretty good. I had 22 inch wheels on my challenger that I still have in my garage. If I get the mustang. I’d do some 21 inch and a mild drop.
I personally like the active exhaust for the looks of it. Something about dual exhaust just screams out to me! You do get 6 hp gain from it as well and it does sound louder!

I wasn’t sure of the new fascia based on what I’ve seen in pics and videos. But I gotta say, I saw one in person and it looks fantastic. It somehow looks lower and smaller than then previous gen even though it’s the same size. Now I’m really considering one.
i have the 2024 fastback gt 5.0 base model. basically same car as his but manual and im getting 19 mpg. but i live "kind of" in the country. so not like the city where theres stop lights everywhere. the only difference i think he has a automatic and i have a manual, and i have the active exshaust
Don’t trip bro I bought one as well with the high group package, small upgrades to come then the big one which is the stage two supercharger. I have an issue with the apple play sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.
You got the Dog in her off course she's fast.. I have beaten 2020's and Camaro SS's especially the manuals.. Manual to manual I bang with any car out there.. Obviously I am not going to beat half the automatic's out there but I love my manual with 373's.. I reel auto's in too with 2cd 3rd and 4th..

I own a 22 gt......for those mpgs.....u must b driving it pretty hard to b that bad on fuel.....or enjoying the hell out of it on a daily basis!😂 Im getting about 17 to 18 in town and about 26 hwy cruising at 80.....with a manual trans. Looks are subjective, so if u like the looks, its your cash and thats all that counts. For that window issue, id pesonally put the window all the way down and inspect the strip for a piece of debris causing the streak/scratch. If you did that already, it may be worth a trip to the dealer to see if there is a TSB on it.......they may replace that part under warranty. Worst they will say is no. Take care.
looking at getting one just not the gt. It would be my daily driver so I'd prefer the gas mileage on the ecoboost. You can get a fully loaded ecoboost cheaper than a stock gt so I think thats the play for me. Though I do prefer the 5.0
Pre collision alert come on when the camera can’t see due to condensation or ice obstructing the lens it usually goes away once the vehicle warms up… my 2020 F150 does the same thing nothing to worry about its normal… nice looking car good work on the brake calipers… I can’t wait till my Dark Horse gets here!
Yo what gas do you use it says on the gas cap 87 but I’ve been using 93 do u think if I use 87 it will start ticking cause that’s what I heard what happens if u use 87 on v8s

I owned my 392 for 2 years. Absolutely loved it to the point where I modified it. The only reason I got rid of it was because a car wash guy crashed it and wasn’t going to pay me back (may make a video regarding it) The Challenger is more spacious compared to the Mustang. As far as infotainment I’d have to give it to the Mustang as well as a lot of safety features are standard in the mustang that is optional in the 392. Performance and handling the mustang takes it as well. My challenger was FBO cammed and would lose the stock 10 speed mustangs (granted it had a 5 speed auto,no match for todays transmissions)I showed the video of my Challenger vs Charger and my Mustang vs Charger to show that my car stock is beating cars my Challenger FBO couldn’t. The Mustang can definitely handle corners better than the Challenger. If you’re looking for an all around car I’d go with the Mustang. If you want a car that goes straight and looks good doing it, I’d go with the Challenger.
Pre collision not available is likely that your options package doesn't have it. The warning is telling you that I'd guess. You can still trim it on because they don't lock all features out if you don't have em. Assuming that's the case just turn it off to make the warning stop.
Looks nothing like a Camaro. I’m a charger owner. Murdered out same way as your mustang. Love the way the 2024 mustang looks. This is the first model that I feel looks bad ass and has its own identity

Even Though he has more power it's alway's back and forth, Depending on if he gets the jump or from a digg or a roll.. I'm a 5L he's a 6.4L so yeah he has more power than me displacement wise but weight helps or hurts.. I like doing 20 and 40 rolls.. Myself, I hate launching my car, I really do!! 90% of the time thats when people break there car the most in the dig...

Nice car man. Im in the market for a new mustang as well. Defintely the automatic transmission. If it doesnt have active exhaust? Then ill get a new flowmaster super 40 exhaust . But basically keep it stock . Maybe some rims, blacked out head and tail lights. But stock non the less. Oh and cant forget the 12 inch subwoofer with the amp tuck'd in the rear corner on the right side of the trunk 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I got the GT premium. six speed stick. B&O is ok.....at best. Prefer my Alpine system. I don't mind the screen being one long solid "tablet" I didn't like it at first. But to be honest it's grown on me. Active exhaust.
How the f you getting 12mpg? im getting 19mpg! ive got the 2024 mustang gt fastback 5.0. the base model as well. but mine is a manual not automatic. and i have the active exhaust. the only thing i dont like are my routers have started to change to a yellowish/rusty color. thats the only thing thats pissed me off about the car so far.
@@uliss_5.07 yeah the rotors. They ended up looking like a rust color . They were also warped and they replaced them there's so much wrong with this car. It's great when it's works properly though
I could never get that without the P Pack... I can't do little wheels on the back like that.. I like the staggered look better.. I am sure he will go to the aftermarket later on.. But they shouldn't be selling any Base Models like that either.. It's a shame the went with Elantra Back lights and a Camaro front end. They just went to far with the looks and the dual throttle body's.. They are far from needed it seems a little over the top for a base GT... But I like it.. It's just different.. I am glad I have the S550's to be honest, they just look way better.. All the way around the car... Not knocking your car she great.. You could have save a ton of money, because you are buying new wheels...but you got the pony package. Instead of getting the pony package, you could have gotten the exhaust.
I have the same problem with the pre-collision system. I went to the dealer three times and they couldn’t fix it. I still have that problem I don’t know what to do.
My main problem is while i am playing music through my iphone i don’t know if its carplay or the instrument cluster but it is glitchy. It keeps switching and cutting off its aggravating. It needs to be updated.
@@ETiradoRacing I have to reset the instrument cluster at least twice during my drive to work, from work pretty much whenever I’m in the car I have to keep resetting it and I do the restarting of my phone. I strongly believe it’s the cluster and I hope they send an over the air update because I don’t believe I’m the only one who experiences this but other than that I love the car.
@hugocolmenares8235 It got to a point where carplay wouldn't come up anymore SMH I have now went back to android phone and android auto has worked flawlessly so it was safe to assume that apple carplay was the culprit
I don’t have the active exhaust either. I do feel like it’s way too quiet in the car. I’ve been debating on getting an aftermarket, but after driving around tonight it was actually nice to be able to leave at 11pm and not wake everyone up. So I may just leave it alone. I do have a 20gt500 which is super loud stock compared to my 5.0. Idk. It is sorta nice not to have to hear the exhaust 24/7. I usually just end up turning it off on long drives in my gt500 anyways.
Good point on the reset. My father in law was convinced his old truck could only do 8.5 mpg but I showed him how to reset the mileage. He never reset it after towing across country, no wonder it was so low. But either way, I’ve never had (with conservative commuting driving) that low. But yes, I’ve been that low for fun time driving.
I mostly agree. The climate control stuff is a none issue in my opinion. It's no more difficult to change than in the previous car. As for mileage, i get 20 mpg with mixed driving on premium gas.
I’m planning on doing basic bolt ons! Waiting on more info to come out regarding boost! Not trying to be the one to find out how much this 5.0 can handle 😅
@ETiradoRacing ported throttle bodys , or larger would be cool. I have a Challenger 6.4 Shaker currently, while I love rhe car, it hasn't been very reliable compared to my other Challengers. Not sure why cause it's stock and I'm on top of it and baby, it... . Maybe that's the problem. Any how. I also like Mustangs and gave had them in tgevoast and I'm thinking of getting a new Mustang. @ETiradoRacing there are a few ppl on UA-cam with issues with Dodge. I belive one channel is called "OC Motivator". He just got a Swinger edition 392. My opinion they are just slapping these things together lately. The demand I s high, hemis going a a ay and being discontinued, perhaps subpar parts. Not sure, but it's real.
You dont have to take your eyes and hand off the steering wheel to turn any AC on and off… however I do think accidentally touching the other buttons on the screen would be super annoying

Go look up CJ pony parts s650 vs s550. It's the same model. The only difference is that car doesn't have the nite pony package. There's no weight difference.
Put the car in drag mode, get to the speed of the roll, and constantly hit the down shift paddle to stay in your desired gear. Once the race start just punch the gas and it’ll auto upshift.
Nice ride it’s not for everyday too much on gas unless u are rich it’s a nice weekend car but every day hell no got my boosted bmw only pull it out to race and also got my Honda accord beater car hahaha
You have a button on your steering wheel , if you push it and say " set temperature " .... you don't have to take your hands off the steering wheel for the screen, read that owner's manual before you do a car review maybe.
@ETiradoRacing right side group of buttons on the top left, all you have to do is say "set temperature 70°"....... it's been on these cars for about 10 years.
u do know that makes it a lemon . that slightest bit of issues with a brand new car can help u get it paid off and basically received for me. with i got an defective 2024 gt but hey hope u take the advice
Just recently got a wb scat chally. Was between what I got and 2023 mustang gt. Plan on doing headers and tune to either car I got and lowering it…. After getting in the scat idk man I feel like I should of done mustang. I think I like everything ab them more lmao.
Mustang is 100% faster and will respond WAY better to those mods. Buuuut the challenger will sound a lot better and in my opinion looks better. Speed isn’t everything brother. If it makes you happy that’s all that matters 💯

That being said I went with the scat mainly bc it will hold more it’s value as it was the last year and I got a last call one for msrp not over sticker. So it was kinda finically smarter. But I’m in love with the 5.0 man. Definitely will get one by the end of the summer.

I don't like the touch screen Ipads at all.. They are only really safe to mess with if you have the automatic... I love my real gages too, that is one thing I am so happy about is not having to deal with all that Tech garbage.. I couldn't imagine dealing with all that in a manual...
The mustang is definitely faster. I think the challenger looks better for the fact that it looks like a challenger. It has its own look. You look at the mustang and you see squints of other cars, while the challenger looks like itself. Interior the challenger is spacious and luxurious(but I’m comparing a top of the line challenger to a base GT so that’s not very fair) but I’ll give the mustang credit in the display and cluster look better in my opinion. Both great cars. May make a video regarding why I choose a GT and not a widebody scat
The Camaro interior looks like it's a decade old and the visibility is absolute trash. If you're buying new and plan on keeping a car for a while, I'd skip it. At least, I skipped it.

I just got my Mustang with the same black and night pony package combo with Magneride. It was so worth it and I couldn't be happier about it.

I rented a GT for a few days, you have to put it in sport or track and use paddle shifters to get the most power. It was a fun car!

Nice car man. Im in the market for a new mustang as well. Defintely the automatic transmission. If it doesnt have active exhaust? Then ill get a new flowmaster super 40 exhaust . But basically keep it stock . Maybe some rims, blacked out head and tail lights. But stock non the less. Oh and cant forget the 12 inch subwoofer with the amp tuck'd in the rear corner on the right side of the trunk 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I have the black also. I have blacked out everything, including the lights.
I got the GT premium. six speed stick. B&O is ok.....at best. Prefer my Alpine system. I don't mind the screen being one long solid "tablet" I didn't like it at first. But to be honest it's grown on me. Active exhaust.
The 10 speed runs circles around that ancient 6 speed!

How the f you getting 12mpg? im getting 19mpg! ive got the 2024 mustang gt fastback 5.0. the base model as well. but mine is a manual not automatic. and i have the active exhaust. the only thing i dont like are my routers have started to change to a yellowish/rusty color. thats the only thing thats pissed me off about the car so far.
Your rotors? I actually want to know what you mean. I am getting a performance pack through the dealer I work at later this year.
@@uliss_5.07 yeah the rotors. They ended up looking like a rust color . They were also warped and they replaced them there's so much wrong with this car. It's great when it's works properly though

Same happened to my Camaro. Just get a spray on brake dust remover and that rust color goes with it
I could never get that without the P Pack... I can't do little wheels on the back like that.. I like the staggered look better.. I am sure he will go to the aftermarket later on.. But they shouldn't be selling any Base Models like that either.. It's a shame the went with Elantra Back lights and a Camaro front end. They just went to far with the looks and the dual throttle body's.. They are far from needed it seems a little over the top for a base GT... But I like it.. It's just different.. I am glad I have the S550's to be honest, they just look way better.. All the way around the car... Not knocking your car she great.. You could have save a ton of money, because you are buying new wheels...but you got the pony package. Instead of getting the pony package, you could have gotten the exhaust.
Nite Pony package on a black car is definitely a waste...especially if you're replacing the wheels

My main problem is while i am playing music through my iphone i don’t know if its carplay or the instrument cluster but it is glitchy. It keeps switching and cutting off its aggravating. It needs to be updated.
Could be your phone. Try turning it on and off
@@ETiradoRacing I have to reset the instrument cluster at least twice during my drive to work, from work pretty much whenever I’m in the car I have to keep resetting it and I do the restarting of my phone. I strongly believe it’s the cluster and I hope they send an over the air update because I don’t believe I’m the only one who experiences this but other than that I love the car.
This happened to me as well. I reset my phone, disconnected/forgot then Apple CarPlay from my phone to mustang and its fixed so far.
@hugocolmenares8235 It got to a point where carplay wouldn't come up anymore SMH I have now went back to android phone and android auto has worked flawlessly so it was safe to assume that apple carplay was the culprit
I don’t have the active exhaust either. I do feel like it’s way too quiet in the car. I’ve been debating on getting an aftermarket, but after driving around tonight it was actually nice to be able to leave at 11pm and not wake everyone up. So I may just leave it alone. I do have a 20gt500 which is super loud stock compared to my 5.0. Idk. It is sorta nice not to have to hear the exhaust 24/7. I usually just end up turning it off on long drives in my gt500 anyways.

It kinda just fixed itself. It doesn’t rub anymore when I put the window down!
My 24 is getting 17.2 to 17.3 in aggressive city driving. Reset the mpg and see if it reads higher.
I usually do 11 MPG, the 12.7 shown is like a personal best 😭

Good point on the reset. My father in law was convinced his old truck could only do 8.5 mpg but I showed him how to reset the mileage. He never reset it after towing across country, no wonder it was so low.
But either way, I’ve never had (with conservative commuting driving) that low. But yes, I’ve been that low for fun time driving.

I mostly agree. The climate control stuff is a none issue in my opinion. It's no more difficult to change than in the previous car. As for mileage, i get 20 mpg with mixed driving on premium gas.
Can you put 87 regular gas in it?

@ETiradoRacing ported throttle bodys , or larger would be cool. I have a Challenger 6.4 Shaker currently, while I love rhe car, it hasn't been very reliable compared to my other Challengers. Not sure why cause it's stock and I'm on top of it and baby, it... . Maybe that's the problem. Any how. I also like Mustangs and gave had them in tgevoast and I'm thinking of getting a new Mustang. @ETiradoRacing there are a few ppl on UA-cam with issues with Dodge. I belive one channel is called "OC Motivator". He just got a Swinger edition 392. My opinion they are just slapping these things together lately. The demand I s high, hemis going a a ay and being discontinued, perhaps subpar parts. Not sure, but it's real.
You dont have to take your eyes and hand off the steering wheel to turn any AC on and off… however I do think accidentally touching the other buttons on the screen would be super annoying

Put the car in drag mode, get to the speed of the roll, and constantly hit the down shift paddle to stay in your desired gear. Once the race start just punch the gas and it’ll auto upshift.

You have a button on your steering wheel , if you push it and say " set temperature " .... you don't have to take your hands off the steering wheel for the screen, read that owner's manual before you do a car review maybe.

Just recently got a wb scat chally. Was between what I got and 2023 mustang gt. Plan on doing headers and tune to either car I got and lowering it…. After getting in the scat idk man I feel like I should of done mustang. I think I like everything ab them more lmao.
Mustang is 100% faster and will respond WAY better to those mods. Buuuut the challenger will sound a lot better and in my opinion looks better. Speed isn’t everything brother. If it makes you happy that’s all that matters 💯

That being said I went with the scat mainly bc it will hold more it’s value as it was the last year and I got a last call one for msrp not over sticker. So it was kinda finically smarter. But I’m in love with the 5.0 man. Definitely will get one by the end of the summer.

Good solid quality wheel, great prices. Im looking at wheels myself and noticed the Valencias. Would look good on a Mustang.

I don't like the touch screen Ipads at all.. They are only really safe to mess with if you have the automatic... I love my real gages too, that is one thing I am so happy about is not having to deal with all that Tech garbage.. I couldn't imagine dealing with all that in a manual...

How do you rate it against your challenger?
The mustang is definitely faster. I think the challenger looks better for the fact that it looks like a challenger. It has its own look. You look at the mustang and you see squints of other cars, while the challenger looks like itself. Interior the challenger is spacious and luxurious(but I’m comparing a top of the line challenger to a base GT so that’s not very fair) but I’ll give the mustang credit in the display and cluster look better in my opinion. Both great cars. May make a video regarding why I choose a GT and not a widebody scat

The Camaro interior looks like it's a decade old and the visibility is absolute trash. If you're buying new and plan on keeping a car for a while, I'd skip it. At least, I skipped it.
