  • Resistance band deadlifts are best done with a foot plate, such as the Band Box shown here. Exercise demonstrated by a "pulling animal" - keep your lower back straight and start with a moderate resistance.

Very nice, I like the study construction and versatility of this foot plate system. The metal rollers probably help to reduce the wear and tear of the resistance bands by the looks of it. Is this system available for sale to the UK. I would seriously consider purchasing this product if it's available for sale.

Bands do indeed hold up very well with the rollers. We ship worldwide...

    Also, one other question.
I have a size 13 foot, 45-46 Euro. Is the base plate long enough to accommodate that?

296 mm. Your feet should fit, especially if they are turned out a bit.

So, I am an owner of the original X3. At the time, it was IMO groundbreaking.
His next X3 is INSANELY too expensive.
Your invention looks to be a huge improvement over the X3. Additionally, I very much appreciate your attention to matching the bands.
I plan on buying the entire system from you with one request: can you source 2" or even 3" handles/bars?
I ask because doing exercises with the larger bars results in massively stronger responses by the human body.

You could try using fat grips with my handles. The diameter is similar to a dumbbell handle. Fat grips didn't work for me, but my hands are on the smaller side.
Unfortunately I don't have affordable local sources for steel fabrication. Locally made samples of the handles cost something like $80 each...
