is all about enjoying live and thats exactly what you doing.
One of the best videos on such a topic. Great content man!
Looks dope dude, make it your own 🤙🏼
Se ve genial, lo que importa en una transformación o cambio de piensas en una moto, no es lo que los demás digan si no lo que tú pienses de los cambios, dejando de lado todo eso te quedó re linda la moto.
I'm going to save this video to do the same with mine. Your bike is wonderful. It's what I always wanted
great job man quick and clean
Great job, now looks amazing 🤩
Love the "uncovered - free wheels" look!
Good job!
Looks great. Great job so far.
I 100% agree and back you when you say “I build for myself and not for the next person”. So many people always criticize of doing mods that are irreversible like chopping the rear stays and so on with “It may lose it’s value…” To who? NOT me. I pretty much have to tell them to mind their own business and kick rocks. Nice ride bud, you’ve made it YOURS.
looks great, next up - tank lift, relocate coil and ignition plus wire tuck under tank if you havnt already (seeing this video is almost a yr old). Thing is looking bad ass. Wish I could run those wide of tires on mine but Ive got a bobbed out 883.
Looks awesome man!!!
It looks good. You build it the way you like it.
What a great bike! Have to hopp on a ride now, have a great day.
You just made me become a “Bobber” fan…❤️
I got forty eight too great job bro looking awesome
the bike is great man! great job.
Looks amazing! Great job!
Thank you! Still a work in project, thanks for checking it out!
Solid job!
Looks awesome 👍🏻
Great job bro. Looks cool. I will do the same in the future. Keep improving it! 😎👍🏽
Great looking bike
Honestly it looks dope. 🤙🏻
You did a great job now I will do the same buddy
Looks awesome!🙌🏼 can’t wait until I can build my own!
Thanks for watching!
Great modifications! Cheers
Now this is what im the talking about. Someday will have my mods to my 48. Shout out from the Philippines 🇵🇭! Ride safe Bro
Looks awesome bra
Nice work dude
Solid effort, man. The rear fender has always ruined the look of Harley's in my opinion. I guess it was part of the subframe for taking a pillion. You have just cleared this up for me, so many thanks!
You made that look easy and it looks mint👍🏼
Thanks for watching!!
Dope work for your first Harley!!!
Got my dyna almost a year ago and barely done just the easy stuff.. grips, bolt on extras, & etc..I'm pretty inexperienced lol
As long as you’re enjoying the bike, doing what you can and learning along the way. Then you’re doing great!
Looking great brother
Love it!
Brother what a beautiful bike have some ideas for myself but tis was great
Looks good!
Luv it, nice job
Looking good brother 👌
Add your custom fender and it ties everything in. Nice ride!
Una belleza gracias por compartir 😊
Nice changes. I do like what you did. Way to customize and make it unique. I would love to see a mini rear fender, the drag bars go away and put like some 14” mini apes. Also the Vance’s and Hines short shots look and sound nice for an exhaust upgrade
you did awesome! beautiful machine!
Thanks for taking your time to checking out the build!
Did a great job brother!! Thank you for sharing:)
Thanks for watching!
Super good job
Looks dope :)
Awesome 👏
Great video , love to see one on your opinion of cruisers vs street bikes
I just saw the video. I am purchasing a 48 and plan on doing something similar tank lift,, fatter, rear tire, drag bars, sick exhaust a shorty rear fender
Great looking bike for sure! I LOVE the chopped frame and eventually I’ll have the guts to do mine lol.
As far as I’m concerned nothing you did decreases the bikes value, ton of sportsters out there with untouched frames but I think it looks great chopped. Love the drag bars also, the seat? I’m on the fence with- I like them sitting in the frame (I know, not very comfortable) and I would add LED lights all the way around. Love it so far
Thanks for watching! The bike was actually uncomfortable with the drag bars and the seat you see in the video. But I changed it to a bigger one and now it’s extremely comfortable!
Let me know if you ever chop yours up 🎉
@@jpht.adventures hey what’s up bro how big did you go on the back tires an front
Don't wait, do yours tomorrow! Never been a better time than right now!
Good job.
I would love to go 180. Wish I could show you my 2017 48. It’s pretty nice
Looking Good!
Thanks! Keep out for part 2 of the build!
U only live once brother! Do what u gotta do.. ride safe👍
Great to watch
First time I've seen a video that you was able to change a tyre to a wider tyre I thought the frame would need changing. Can you perhaps make a video with your knowledge on that. Love from UK.
Nice..! Love the idea using your helmet while cutting.. 😀
Does the seat add more hight to the bike? Was always curious as it looks like the bobber seat would take you feet of the ground if your a shorter person
imo it looks great..nice job bruh ride safe.
Nice look
How did you make a wider rear tyre without changing the back end. ? Was there just enough space ?
Did you have to weld end caps to the rear part where you cut it
Nice job
Your first Harley and you bobbed it out that killer and you did a fantastic job by the way I'm a new subscriber to your Channel
Thanks! Check up my IG @justpeterhengthings
It looks much different now haha
Love that bike I haven't seen Any of your other vids but the only thing I'd do differently is add some mini hugger fenders purely to help reduce being hit with small stones coming off the tires or help reduce water spray off the wheels. But that's just my opinion if it was mine. Looks awesome.
Appreciate it, thanks for watching!
Nah man love a bobber look. Im caught between a forty eighty or a triumph bobber for my bike. But il be doing my own thing on mine to get it how i like. Love vids like this gives me ideas 👍
Thanks for watching! Triumph is a great platform that I'd love to build on one day. Can't go wrong with either 🤙
This is awesome, sad knowing you sold it and looking back at this 🤣
Its the only way i would ride a Harley too 💪
Looking real nice, gonna do the same to mine.
Thanks! Got another video coming out tomorrow! 🤘
@@jpht.adventures
I'll look forward to seeing that.
Perfection…. I would add short rear fender
Looks badass homie
Appreciate it!
I got an 07 xl883 little by little it will get there
Locking good 👍
Thanks!
That’s one great thing about a motorcycle, you can actually make it yours. What you want to do with your bike is up to you, screw the haters. Nice looking bike bro.
Appreciate the kind words, happy holidays to you brother!
Thank you, Happy holidays!
Sick 🤙🏾😎
Make sure you're subscribed because this build has just begun! 🤘😎
what new seat did you go with?
Do you still have the headlight faring?
I own a drz400sm and an xsr700 but I wanna get a 48 next. It's the best looking sportster, love the style with the peanut tank and the beefy tires. I would do all the exact same mods, pipes, wrap, fenders delete drag bar maybe mini apes. Just love that bobber look. Personally, I'd get a seat with a lower profile, less spring, and pipes that were level and not one tip a little longer than the other but that's just being nit picky. Bike looks fuckin amazing man, really hope to see more videos of your build
😂I 😂b
Other than the seat looking a little high for my preference, bike looks amazing bro
I agree with the seat, that's why its been changed to a lower profile one! Check out my other new videos if you want to check it out!
how long do the drive belts last?
Any problems with the tire sizes being bigger?
Wow awesome
Thanks for watching!
If you find you don't like it, I'll buy it off you! Maybe some short black pipes..? Looking for my first one right now, actually!
If it were my bike as it is now i would get the front attachment point of thatseat closer to the frame, and thicken the seat lower that seat profile, wrap the pipes done
Right on! If you watch my more recent videos I did all that 🤘
Looks great, but i would cut the rear fender and mount it on, i think it could look better with short fender.
Agreed, that was the plan but wasnt sure I was going to chop the rear frame more in the future
Now I want a 48
Awesome
Thanks for watching!
Nice!!
😎
Curious, how much did you pick this up for?
Nice bike!! How did you relocate the license plate.? Thinking of bying my first bike and the 48 looking awesome🤙
I did a swing arm mount to the rear axles. Let me know if you have any questions about the bike 👍
Nah love seating like to see stringer forks 26 wheels front an back
I think it would be nicer with a (6) inch front fork extension and tweak bar for stability. I did it on my Triumphs years ago and loved it.😎🏍
Hope you'll try it
“I don’t know what I’m doing I’m just guessing.”
Has all tools in all size.
tools does not equal competency
Bike is yours brother...I'll watch a lot to do the same if you don't mind...LOOKS HOT...
When I said the bike is yours I'd like to show you what I did with my 87 Kawasaki concours...UA-cam...kasianos sam...is my little Chanel...I'm a bobber enthusiastic...go check...I just bought some 883 and I got stuck in you project...congrats...money is mine and the RIDE is a journey that mine owne budget can buy...THE REST IS THE REST...GREAT JOB
Value down? yeah. But you ride it how you like it. There is nothing wrong with that. Enjoy the ride.
Not my type of mods but looks great and you saved a ton of 💴 and had fun doing it yourself. What kind of exhaust do you have on it? Has an awesome sound. Did you keep the stock cam?
Stock exhaust and cams during this build, thanks for watching!
So far so good, but mini apes or z-bars would be better than the drag bars IMO.
Add a tank lift it would have a mean look
What is a hard changing the handlebar to a drag bar
Very straightforward and easy 🤘
I personally like ape hangers but this looks good
I have a 2017 48 that I have custom. A 170 rear will fit with no problem ?
Yup, I have a 170 rear on the stock wheels. Honestly think it can go wider
How much of the frame did you chop?
