So if there's a caution randomizer does that mean it'd be possible to have another version that allows you to choose exactly when the cautions come out?

Oh yeah. The randomizer relies on you having a hot key you can press that automatically brings out a caution. I can bring out a caution any time I want and clear any black flags I get. But I don’t do it
