These babies born with open eyes must already be conscious in the womb. The second one started bleating when its head was out but the rest of its body was still inside.

I think owners can also assist in the giving birth of the goat. I saw some videos of goats giving birth with the help of their owners especially if the goat has a hard time pushing it's young.
