A lot of you have been asking about how I did the timelapses from a 3rd person view. Its with this great addon: blendermarket.com/creators/fwiller?ref=1465
Dude! Amazing video! The model itself is impressive enough. But your storytelling and effort to bring all of it visually together and convey all of the complicated information in an understandable way is astonishing. 👏👏👏 Wish you the best!
It's a good choice and a well-executed design. Overall, it turned out pretty interesting-great job! However, where the cannons are firing and rotating, the rotation speed doesn’t quite match the mass and inertia of the cannons. It could use a bit more fine-tuning there.
Amazing work! Couple things, I'm pretty sure Leonardo used hand cannons on this tank instead of 24 pounders. (Hand cannons were invented in Europe back in 14th century). And second thing, it is speculated that Leonardo purposely added mistakes to his drawings in case they were stolen and used by enemy nation.
ngl i just found your channel but this is the greatest thing i've seen and i hope you can one day create a tank game that has this as a tank because i would SO use this
Interesting, you should make a series of all DaVinci's ' machine. On thing through there i no reload capability in your design, it's a one shoot only mechanism. No storage for gunpowder and ammunition and loading tools, let alone crew. But as a concept, impressing.
### Steps to Create a Rotating Timelapse of Your Blender Modeling Process 1. **Create a Separate Window**: - In Blender, go to the **Window** menu and create a new window. - Toggle this window to full-screen mode. - Turn off all unnecessary UI elements such as headers, menu bars, the N panel, the toolbar, and gizmos, leaving only the floor grid and mesh overlays visible. 2. **Set Up the Camera**: - Add a camera to your scene and set it to your desired aspect ratio for recording. - Create an empty object and parent the camera to this empty. - Animate the empty with a slow 360-degree rotation to achieve a rotating view around your scene. 3. **Adjust Camera View**: - In the new Blender window, switch to the camera view. - Zoom in so the camera view fills the screen. 4. **Optional: Hide the Camera and Empty**: - Hide the camera and empty in the viewport if you prefer a cleaner scene. 5. **Set Up OBS Studio**: - Open OBS Studio and create a new scene. - Use **Window Capture** to select the Blender window you set up. - Optionally, hide the cursor from the recording. 6. **Start Recording and Work**: - Play the animation to start the camera rotation. - Begin your modeling work while OBS Studio records the process. This method will create a smooth, rotating timelapse of your modeling workflow.
