    $5M for a house in an average neighborhood with adjacent homes that look like $200k at best and nice view of the noisy traffic. You really got a winner there. 😂 This is literally an assault on the intelligence of home buyers.

    This home is not worth 5M. High 3's in the current real estate market, low 4's when interest rates improve, and here's why. First, there is hardly any backyard. The builder used almost every last SF for the house. Second, the master bedroom faces Westover Road and all of the noise associated with it. This is a bad design flaw. Third, the landscaping/curb appeal looks absolutely terrible, needs a complete redesign. Fourth, the wood on the exterior of the house will begin expand and detract due to the extreme climate changes. If it's left in it's current state, it will eventually deteriorate and likely fall off the structure. Finally, you don't use loose pebbled rock to create a front walkway into the entranceway of a 5M home. These are just cheap substitutes. The house has some nice features. But in this real estate market, they're not getting anything close to what they're asking without addressing the aforementioned items. Hope this review helps
