Being that the view is of a city that dose NOT compare to NYC, LA, Miami, Paris, Vigo Spain or Marbella Spain 🇪🇸 ETC ETC ETC I would op for a single family detached HOUSE.. That’s a very specific property for a someone that wants to be in that city 🤷🏼♂️. Furthermore, no vaulted ceilings 🤦🏼.. Great detail & materials though 👏🏻.
