I remember hearing about Maureen and her battle with melanoma. I believe it started as a skin cancer on her leg that she ignored. It made me take notice of my own skin and I've had several removed. She was definitely a moving force.
Great job Jeff, you never disappoint us. Hope your father's day is a very happy one.
Thank you very much, Trucker Ray! Hope you have a happy Father’s Day too!

Thank you so much.
Ahhhh…Another beautiful Sunday with History Hunters. Thank you!
Any day with The History Hunters is a beautiful day. You are the reason I watch UA-cam !
Happy Father's day my friend 😎
A woman to be admired in her own right. Thank you for acknowledging her this Sunday morning.
Happy Sunday Jeff and Sarah ! And Happy Fathers Day to you Jeff !! This was a lovely story that I never really knew about. Thank you for the history lesson ! Always makes my day !
Salute to Maureen Reagon, RIP. Thank you, Jeff nicely done. I have lost many of my family, and friends to Alzheimer's. even showing signs of it myself. No one gets out alive! thank you, ALL stay safe
Such a beautiful tribute to Maureen Reagan. It makes me wish I had known her.
Can't imagine being sent thousands of miles from home at age 7. What a brave little girl she was.
Happens every day right here in America!
She went to boarding school in California at age 7, going home some weekends. She only got sent away thousands of miles to New York at around 13.
Thanks, a nice tribute to Maureen Reagan. I assume her husband Dennis Revell eventually will be interred alongside. He's still shown in LinkedIn as the CEO of his Sacramento-based communications company.
Another gem! Keep em' coming Jeff, and Happy Fathers Day!
Thanks Chad! Same to you!
This was a bit sad for me. She seemed to have family but grew up away from them. I felt Nancy and Ronald were #1 priority. Thanks for another great episode!
Happy father's day Jeff and thank you for another great video
Once again you give us so much more that just a simple video about the grave site of a famous person. You provided a well rounded history lesson about her life, family, achievements and disappointments. Thanks again.
So nice of you, Jeff! I'm glad you enjoyed this video!
Thank you Jeff! And Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there!
Thank you! I appreciate the nice wishes! Same to you!
I always liked her. Thank you for bringing her story to the fore.
Our pleasure!
Thank you again, Jeff, for another great vlog. I always learn something new and appreciate the time and effort you put into each one. Happy Father's. Day!
Thanks! I had a good one today!
Thanks Again for an in-depth look at Reagan’s oldest Daughter... I knew of her but not much about her... as always 👍👍
I'm always amazed on how you can find history that may have touched us in some way but we don't realize it. For example when you mentioned she was in an Kissin Cousins a movie I've seen I would never have even known a former President's daughter was in that film.
I miss Ronnie's genuine positivity and folksy good humor. Two attributes that are almost nonexistent in politics today.
He was a master at being quick witted!
@@jbenziggy And sick moraled. Before he was against abortion, in the early 1950s he made at least one starlet he had impregnated get an abortion.
@@JudgeJulieLit Interesting claim. In my 60 years I’ve never heard that one. Perhaps you have a name rather than an unnamed starlet?
Per this same website, this self-styled "good" man from his 1937 arrival in Hollywood slept with over 50 female stars (e.g., Jane Wyman [before her divorce], Susan Hayward, Betty Grable, sisters Joan and Gloria Blondell, Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Doris Day, Patricia Neal) and starlets such as Christine Larsen (who rejected his marriage proposal, just before he married a pregnant Nancy Davis), Piper Laurie (his costar who played his daughter in the 1950 film Louisa) and Selene Walters, who said that at 3 a.m. the evening after he met her, he (then SAG president) showed up at her apartment, and after she politely let him in, he forced himself upon her. He himself joked that in Hollywood he had "leading lady -itis." No profile in monogamy, nor male date gentlemanliness, nor fatherly solicitude. He was heterosexual, and parried advances from actors like Errol Flynn and William Hopper.
GOD has blessed this country thru "the reagan's"! thank you so much jeff.....
Thank you Jeff for an excellent report. Many things I did not know. Loved President Reagan. God bless them both!
Thank you for all your videos. I wish I new all this when we traveled out west so much. Hope I can get back there again
Thank-you for the monologue. For those of us who are in the business of providing long-term care in facilities, we frequently bemoan the fact that there is no money available to families for in-home support so they can keep their loved one in the home, instead of having to seek funding for placement.
My Mom suffered from Alzheimer's as well. A very sad situation indeed. She knew who I was and was happy that I had called but didn't remember that I had called just the day before. She also was diagnosed with 3 brain tumors and the doctor gave her 3 weeks to live and she took that to heart and died 3 weeks later on July 11, 2015, we miss her dearly. Another historic vlog Jeff, thank you for your research and presentation!
WOW!!! I never knew any of that. Great job. Thanks
You bet! Thank you!

This was one of your best episodes Jeff. We forget so quickly about all these great people. I saw Maureen Reagan many times not knowing who she was.
Thanks! You saw here in person and didn’t know who she was or on TV?

My brother lives in Sacramento and I’ve been trying to get to her gravesite for some time now. Thanks for the preview. I’m always so impressed with how thorough you are. I knew very little about her so I found this was very interesting. 👍
Happy Father’s Day to you. Really loved the music!
Happy Father's Day Jeff I hope you are Sarah get some rest today before going back to work tomorrow. I was at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery about a year for Firefighter Service and I was told that Maureen Reagan was there.

Jeff always give you the thumbs up as I love your vid 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you
Wow, I can't believe it's been 21 years since her passing. I passed this memorial park on I-80 many many times back in 2005 to 2011 going from Reno to Sac and back for work. Didn't know she was there. Another great video Jeff. Thank you.
Thanks, George! Maybe now you can pop in and pay your respects next time you are in there. But it sounds like you may have moved.
I'm in Western Pa. now. Thanks Jeff.
Thank you again for another excellent episode.
I did not want this to end, I found it fascinating learning about Maureen Reagan. I voted for her father twice.
Excellent!! Happy Father’s Day
Thanks so much Tammy! I had some family time swimming with my daughter and grandsons.!
No truer words were said than those you said about Alzheimers research. Not nearly enough money is available/given for the study of this awful disease.
That being said this was another great episode Jeff. I look forward to new episodes each weekend. Hope you had a great Father's Day.
God Bless you and your family.
Thank you, Jeff, for your commentary! We really appreciate it! I had a nice Father's Day, starting out with breakfast with Sarah and swim time with my daughter and grandsons!

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL STORIE......
She was a very strong and passionate person. Well done video and enjoyed watching it.
I enjoy your tours of cemeteries in the area. I know this Cemetery very well. I used to live nearby and I have two dear friends buried there. I did not know that Maureen Reagan was buried there. Had I known I would have stopped at her grave to pay my respects. I enjoyed this segment very much. Thank you.
Very good story of someone I didn't know of. TY Jeff and Sarah
Thanks Jeffrey! By the way my name is Jeffery but my dad spelled it differently than yours!
Touching
I always learn things I did not know
👋 Jeff...Great story on Maureen. She did love her dad and so did I.
Alzheimers is, indeed, nasty.
I hope you're having a great day, Father's Day.
I also hope your kids love you as much as we, your fans, love and appreciate the stories, research and strolls thru cemeteries and elsewhere.
See you next week !

Thank you for sharing
Great video Jeff Thankyou for the work you put into it
Happy Fathers Day!! I look forward every Sunday to your wonderful videos. I grew up in Sacramento but have not been back for many years. There is no one left there is the main reason, as everyone has gone on, or moved away. My mother in law is buried in this cemetery and she attended the same church in downtown Sacramento. I had no idea Maureen was there too. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the good wishes! It’s sad how life can change and all the loved ones who pass away before we can fully appreciate who they were to us. I think of my dear mother-in-law who died in 1987 much too young from cancer.
Thank you for the tour!
Awesome video Happy Fathers Day Jeff Thank you guys for all you do!

Thank you so much, Lorna!
Jeff...I just found your channel a few weeks ago and have been binge watching ever since. What you are doing and the way that you present the information on the people that you show us is fantastic!!! Your passion is evident in all that you do in your research and thank you ever so much for all of the info. I used to live in California 30+ years ago and have visited most of the cities that you show us but...I did not know the history and what I was seeing, so again thank you. I have a hard time understanding Sarah as she at times brings a negative spirit to what you are presenting and that is a bummer. Love your show and I am still plowing through all of your episodes...Rich
Another great blog, never knew much about Maureen, so thanks for the insight.
My thank you to you and Sarah
