    So I’ve followed you since you were working out of the small garage. I’ve looked at your video list but how did you build such a good business with these trucks? Up here where I live there’s no real dedicated powerstroke shops, and I was thinking of doing it at some point. I really enjoy your videos and seeing you guys work good together. You’ve built a good business based on honest hard work.

      That’s quite a compliment, thank you. It all just kinda grew and fell together this way. I’ve always been a ford guy and then expanded into the powerstrokes and Cummins and just really enjoy fixing them the right way especially when someone shows up with something another shop screwed up or couldn’t figure out. Thanks for sticking on with us.

      @@AutomedicGarage yeah man you’re a good tech. I also enjoy working on them. Now did you have a full time job while you were working out of your other garage, before the shop.

      @@mikeembasado668 yea I worked for a municipal fire dept as a paramedic for 15 years. I was 100% burnt out. So between owning a lot of Powerstrokes and working on them I rode in Powerstrokes almost all of those 15 years there also. They switched to Cummins the last 3 years there. I quit august 27th of 2023 and haven’t looked back and I honestly can’t keep up with the work I need someone like myself who enjoys and understands the Powerstrokes to help me.

    I wonder if you'll ever do a video on how to replace a branch tube while it's in the truck. When the heads on.

      Sounds like a terrible idea. You still gotta pull the rear cover so the trans would have to come out. Might as well just pull the motor.

    Gary’s truck must be a 6.0. He wasn’t happy. Again 🤣

      @@edwardman1742 I love them all even the 6.4 but my daily and ride or die is a 7.3. I’d hop in it tomorrow without checking anything and drive across the country and she’s got 300k on her.

      @@AutomedicGarage that’s cool. I feel bad for your friend. Y’all have put a lot of time in his truck. He must feel frustrated. Other than the oil cooler and dummy plugs/stand pipe, how much more o-rings does a 6.0 have than a 7.3?

    • @AutomedicGarage
      @AutomedicGarage  2 місяці тому

      @@edwardman1742 upper injector orings where nipple cups go in, nipple cup orings in the Hpo rail, plus the stand pipe and dummy plug orings. So in total 26 more orings to possibly leak.
