The new so called "Dubai" chocolate is just a bar form of these Lebanese chocolates. At the end of the year and before Christmas, the company I worked at would give us a decent bottle of wine and a 250 gram box of these. Those Fix Bars from Dubai cost 25$ each and they are less than 100 grams I think. There's a lot less work that goes into them than the individual bite sized Lebanese chocolates and you are better off going to a Paatchi store and choosing a selection of different flavours. You will also get more for your money.
White chocolate (tempered correctly) if its too hot it wont work. Boiled* pistachios, milk enough to make it smooth. Milk powder is what ive seen in other recipies but since this paste is encased you could probably make it wetter with milk/ cream@gigi2091

I’m not sure what was added to the pistachios but the stringy stuff is shredded filo dough! I’ve heard multiple different names for it though so I’m not sure what the correct name is 😅

Missing Tahin. A lot of people always forget Tahin. In my opinion thats what makes it so good and gooey.
Tahini... it balances out the sweetness. I'm sure people don't like the taste of it either, hence why most people do indeed skip the Tahini part :)
