Some tips: - Use a hard polycarbonate mold instead of a silicone one and make sure that it is slightly warm when you are first pouring the tempered chocolate into. - Scrape and tap the mold to get rid of air bubbles - Cover the mold while it is chilling in the fridge to ensure that moisture does not get to it while it is setting The chocolate in the video tho is really good, but these are just some tips in case others out there do not get the same results and are wondering what factors could help them :D
Finally someone who makes it cleanly everyone just put all the ingredients together then freeze it but you freeze the first part then did it thank you for that

yea tempered chocolate is better it has more control and un tempered is doin there own thing and like she said tempered chocolate has that *. SNAP* . and untempered will have wierd spots called fat blooms. un tempered also melts REALLY easly, so. :]

It's made with a special kind of cheese and is usually served hot. But I don't know if the dough would go well with chocolate. Edit: I still haven't eaten any Künefe. God help

There's plenty of dairy free chocolate! Mostly dark, though. They do actually make vegan milk chocolate, but it's more expensive and hard to come by. Just have to read labels. Unfortunately, I can't find any Dove that's vegan.
