Maybe if the course was flat there would be constant pedaling, when you are drafting you won’t always be (on) the gas or pedaling

I actually thought the peloton was behind me. If I knew we had an initial gap, my decision making in that moment would’ve been different.

@@colehaans2863I’m just racing my bike and having fun man lol. Staying close to the front in most situations was safer even if it meant spending energy. 30 minutes is short, I had more than enough.
