- 'iCARLY' is back for season 2, which will follow Carly Shay, played by Miranda Cosgrove, and her friends as they navigate work, love and family in their 20s. The hit series will premiere with two all-new episodes, beginning on Friday, April 8, exclusively on Paramount+.

I'll be honest this trailer reminds me of the original iCarly a lot more than the first season did and I really liked the first season

@@trippcory I think the show works fine without Sam, the writers always had the same overused "Sam is a bully" jokes. She had some good episodes and they dropped that schtick in the final season but y'know I think she had the best ending out of any of the characters in the finale.
I'm glad they're doing the iCarly show more this season! They really didn't do it much last season. Also, I know Jennete quit and everything, but if she guest starred once, just ONCE, she would break the internet and Twitter.

I don't think I'll ever get used to them cursing its hilarious 🤣.
Not gonna lie: I think a big part of what declined the original iCarly in its later seasons was the Nickelodeon kids show censorship. Now that they decided to make the show a little more mature, I can probably say that especially compared to other reboots and spin-offs, iCarly is probably one of the best reboots ever, if not THE best reboot.

If only it got as many episodes too! The only thing I'm disappointed about is that season 2 will only be 10 episodes. Everything else looks so exciting though!
@@bohemelavie1 Is the trend nowadays my friend. Back then we were used to watch on television 20 or more episodes about it. As streaming plataforms started to grow up they also started to charge for it.
Meaning, they want their client to pay for they plataform as long as they can keep maintaining alive the show by also offering you the least amount of episodes possible so you can get hunger for the upcoming seasons.
That's capitalism for ya, evolving to get more of your money while you are satisfied with their products. They trick you to do that.
Think about it, people paid to watch black widow on stream in a plataform that is already charging you to watch their content. Imagine that.
Capitalism always find a way to keep you inside their bubble.
