Very cool mate, loved the then and now footage. Wonder if there's any fishing to be had out there in the Wolgan River (Carp only I'd guess). Looks like a cool place for a night or two of solitude.
Thankyou, it’s all closed off at the moment but they’ll reopen when the stabilise the road. The river is shallow there at Newnes so probably only carp but it joins the Colo eventually. It’s busy in summer but winter there’s plenty of quiet spots to enjoy. 😀👍🏻
Good question! I had to redo an old video because of copyright bs. When is that road going to open? I think residents can still get access via the ‘Donkey Steps.’ There’s an eco tour company still operating using that access apparently…😀👍🏻
Thanks for sharing once again Neil. That old footage was pretty cool to see
Thx mate! Aren’t you that mate of Tylzz Jim? 😀👍🏻
@@Challenger4WD it was the 1st time I've met him
@@FlatBrokeAdventures it was a good photo too, you both looked good.
Thanks. Photo was taken by Shad Donahue as he was working on Tyler's stand

How did you get in with the road collapsed?
