Yes I will do Dave no problem. I’ll do track notes in future. This trip was mostly Kowmung River FT which joins up with Morong Creek FT. From Mt Werong you’d take Banshea Rd to Banshea Hill Trail which joins up with Kowmung FT. 👍🏻😀
Nice one Neil. we were up around Lithgow and then Rydal a few weekends ago. was nice to see most of it was dried out somewhat. Rydal still had a lot of standing water at some used to be simple crossings. was good to get out though
Nice one Neil. I was wondering about the caves to caves drive. It's a shame they closed the roads but I think quite a bit of it is on public property. I'd sill love to do it though
Thanks Jim, there is private property in there plus Wombeyan Caves Rd is often closed as is Jenolan Caves Rd. Pity because it could be a world class tourist drive. 😀
Nice video mate. Good to see they’ve finally put up a new dunny at Dingo Dell. That little creek you cross is Tuglow Hole Creek, Dingo Dell Creek runs into it. How many K’s have you got on your Challenger?
@@Challenger4WD she’s still a youngster mate haha. I’ve got a 2017 Triton with 170k on it. I’m kinda surprised we haven’t passed each other out on the tracks. You visit a lot of the same areas that I camp and tour through.
Ok, was that the run out of the old shape? A very capable vehicle the Triton too. I saw no one until Kanangra on the last trip, but it was a Wednesday I think. 😀
@@Challenger4WD nah the first of the new shape, but different to the current model. I said I’d keep it 10 years when I bought it, but it’s aging so well, I’d say I’ll probably keep it 15 years. There was a few blokes camped on the Kowmung last I was there, but didn’t see another vehicle for nearly 2 days, and it was a weekend, which was surprising.
You just got a new subscriber, that was great mate, very informative!
Thanks Mate, it’s much appreciated! I’m glad you enjoyed it. 😀👍🏻
awesome
Thank you 🙏 😀👍🏻
good vid ,Neil,,,,any chance of putting up screen shots of maps and directions for your trips in the future ???? thanks ,,,Dave

Thanks Peso, Rydal is Marangaroo etc? I must revisit it, lots of good 4WD spots. Hope the family is well and we should do a trip soon? 😀👍🏽
Excellent video. Showing names and condition of trails.
Glad you liked it! I really had a good solo day out, and thanks for the comment. 😀🤙🏼

Thx Jarrad. Nearly 163K kms on the Challenger. I want to do that drive with the trailer at some point. It’s a very nice bit of bush. 😀👍🏻

It was a good day Rod. Didn’t see a soul until the end. 👍🏽😀
Thankyou for the video, I would like to learn to 4wd with my Pajero Sport. Blue mountains is only 2 hrs from home
Thank you, maybe join a 4WD club, they’ll give you training and you can practice on one of their trips? 🤙🏼😀
