Rosca - Regueifa de Massa Sovada - Portuguese Sweet Bread
Ingredients
1 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons of vegetable shortening
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Teaspoon of salt
5 cups of all purpose Flour
3 eggs
To activate yeast
1/2 cup of lukewarm water
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Yeast
1 Teaspoon of all purpose flour
1 Teaspoon of granulated sugar
To Knead dough
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
Eggwash
1 egg
1 Tablespoon of water
* If you use a bowl in the center you will need 1 Teaspoon of vegetable shortening
Baking tray size - 16 x 22
Bake at 305F for 1 hour

Para amassar a massa
2 colheres de sopa de óleo vegetal
de ovo
Corbertura da massa
1 ovo
1 colher de sopa de água
* Se você usar uma tigela no centro, precisará de 1 colher de chá de gordura vegetal
Tamanho da assadeira - 16 x 22
Levar o forno 305F por 1 hora

Didn't see you add the sugar, so I added after the yeast, hope it turns out.
