To answer your question about the difference in recorded distance walked... GPS usually does not work indoors, so wearable devices will use an average stride length to estimate distance travelled. If your actual stride length is longer than average, it will understate your distance walked. If you try a long walk outside, and if you have your phone with you, the distance measured will be more accurate.
I could be wrong but I think unless you change it to your actual step length, it defaults to 31 inches. I like to use GPS whenever possible because it's way more accurate!
Love your annual SEMA coverage as it just you talking, and shooting what you want. No sales pitches or corporate bragging on their products. Nice to see little Sarah again, her ready smile and cute laugh is missed!
The watch tracks your "step" by its own movement/shocks it detects. It also takes an average distance for 1 step. That's why small Sarah has more distance
@@delukxy They're both estimates based on average stride length for an average height woman. So it overestimates for one Sarah and underestimates for the other Sarah.
The distance error is due tom the fact you take shorter steps when walking with a shorter person and a shorter person takes longer steps when walking with a longer person. So both your hight settings in your watches becomes a bit off when walking together.
12:29 Sarah, that's a Chevy Opala, made by Chevrolet Brazil, had the body of a Opel Rekord C but the front end, and rear end were inspired by American muscle cars, the straight six engine also came from the US.
That pickup was just finished by Mike Finnegan from Finnegan’s garage and Roadkill. That 1500 only had under 20k original miles and yes that’s 100 original paint except the grill which was changed out from the two square lights to the quad rectangle ones.
Thank you for the tour. Sounds like you got a double workout, legs and arms with your heavy camera. Hi little Sara, you got a double workout as well keeping up with leggy Sarah and putting in double the steps, you're always up for it :) Glad you both had a great time, even if there weren't as many oddballs as you would have liked, you found some cool stuff.
Thanks for always taking time to give attention to the less covered stuff; that's where most of my interest lies usually. BTW, the "Cuda" at 10:03 is definitely a retro bodied late model Challenger, which is why they all have modern Challenger dashes and interiors (and rooflines, fender lines, window shapes, mirrors, etc. etc. etc.). One last thing, about the step counter thing... you guys walked the same distance, but little Sarah just used more steps. I suspect those step counters estimate what counts as a step based on either the user's data (like height or whatever) or more likely, using some sort of SWAG (Scientific Wild Ass Guess) based on what an average step is for a human. But yeah, short legs is gonna mean more steps per mile. Credit to her for keeping up!
I know you'd never have the time, Sarah, but with how much you get into video production for your channel, I think you'd enjoy attending the NAB event there in the Vegas convention center every April. Just as big and, from a video perspective, just as mind blowing. I used to attend them regularly. Keep up the great work! You have the best channel!
I would have hoped to see more 80s and 90s Toyota Pickups. I love those trucks!! I have a 92 Pickup and it's the only vehicle I've ever owned. I think they named them the Tacoma in 1996.
A smaller wheel has to spin faster to keep up with a larger wheel if they travel the same speed & distance. Same principle when one person has a longer/shorter stride in their step.
Ok, the all carbon fibre 280 was by far the coolest thing I have ever seen. Thank you for showing that. Loved those as a kid and that was just awesome.
Hello just want to say thank’s !! Great Video content from the sema show looking throu your eays …cool to See your sister from another mother Little sahrah again smile :) !! Greeting’s from Germany and have fun at the Show!! Bye by Jahn..!!
Great walkaround, one of the better ones I've seen. As for tracking your distance, these things can be a little off. During the summer I walk the exact same route to my local beach several times a week and the recorded distance varies day to day. It also sometimes thinks I'm 6 feet in the air. LOL, whatever!
The steps are gage by stride and are swing. I’m thinking maybe someone didn’t set up height in personal setting for calculating distance, but that is interesting. Thanks for sharing SEMA, looking forward for more of your content
But. Distance is measurable item, so it should be the same for both. The only difference they should have had, was the number of steps, as that is dependant on stride length. So, as a lot of other people mentioned, both Sarah's average stgride length has either not been input, or not been calculated, so the watches uses a default setting. Because short Sarah has a shorter stride, meaning more steps, it thinks the distance travelled were further. I don't have Fruity watches, but in my sports watch, if you walk a distance outside, the GPS capable watch measure the actual distance, and looks at your stride length (either based on stride sensors in your shoe, or the number of G-Force blips it picked up, when your feet hit the ground.). It then uses that actual calculation in your sports watch, in case you use it on treadmills or other indoor sports, whre there is no GPS coverage)
Such a treat when there’s a Little Sarah! 😊
Glad to see you and Little Sarah showing us SEMA.
Sarah SEMA is the only SEMA I ever watch. 👍
That GMC truck in the boat is from Finnegan's garage.
It's nice to know that at least once a year you spend one day outside your shop 🙂Thanks Sarah and Sarah for showing us SEMA. That was very cool.

Just like old times! Love the Sarah’s
Love your annual SEMA coverage as it just you talking, and shooting what you want. No sales pitches or corporate bragging on their products. Nice to see little Sarah again, her ready smile and cute laugh is missed!
I would 100% enjoy little Sarah covering a walkthrough SEMA! Wanna hear more of her “technical” jargon. :)
Great to see little Sarah.
You found some real gems there, and terrific to see Little Sarah again too.
The Dynamic Duo!
Great show, and what a lovely surprise to see Little Sarah! Please extend my warmest greetings to her! Also, Love the Rental!
The watch tracks your "step" by its own movement/shocks it detects. It also takes an average distance for 1 step. That's why small Sarah has more distance
Basicaly that means that neither watch is telling the truth.
@@delukxy They're both estimates based on average stride length for an average height woman. So it overestimates for one Sarah and underestimates for the other Sarah.
GREAT TO SEE SARAH IN HER ELEMENT AND ENJOYING THE FRUIT OF SOMEONE ELSES LABOR AND GETTING EDUCATIONAL EXERCISE PROVIDING EYE CANDY TO US ALL :)
So glad you are taking us along to SEMA! Just the very greatest content creator on UA-cam 🙂♥️ much respect as always ✊

It's nice to see little Sarah, but it's great to see you showing us what others won't
Thanks for taking that SEMA bullet. That's a lot of walking regardless of how tall you are. Great to see small Sarah again too.
It's little Sarah! We missed you!
12:29 Sarah, that's a Chevy Opala, made by Chevrolet Brazil, had the body of a Opel Rekord C but the front end, and rear end were inspired by American muscle cars, the straight six engine also came from the US.
Kinda miss little Sarah! You look smashing Big Sarah! Thanks for sharing some of SEMA with us. Cheers from Canada.
Thank you Sarah's for the tour and video 📹
The Delta Integrale is my favorite too!
Jeep offered the Pontiac Overhead Cam Six for a couple years. Instead of an LS engine, I would have searched about for the Pontiac.
Yessss when Sarah and Sarah take on sema it’s always epic
"The Oddballs & Rare Ones"
Big Sarah & Small Sarah, lol
I didn't give that air pump much thought until I grasped that it's operating under water. That's quality right there 👌👌👌 real nice.
That pickup was just finished by Mike Finnegan from Finnegan’s garage and Roadkill. That 1500 only had under 20k original miles and yes that’s 100 original paint except the grill which was changed out from the two square lights to the quad rectangle ones.
WHOOP! HI LITTLE SARAH! We missed you too! .. Via La-SAMA!
I love when you go to SEMA, make it longer next year!!!
😂😂😂😂
18 minutes isn’t enough, we want more Sarah and Lil Sarah
😂😂😂😂
Great to see you out and about. Thats some show!
Thank you for the tour.
Sounds like you got a double workout, legs and arms with your heavy camera.

Glad you both had a great time, even if there weren't as many oddballs as you would have liked, you found some cool stuff.
I love 90's pickups. Thank you for touring the weird stuff, this was legitimately the best SEMA vid I watched this year.
We miss little Sarah. Nice vid.
The Classic Chevy is all original.. Finnegan had that on his channel, with FSM.. His show is pretty cool as well, original Road-Kill on Motortrend
Hello Little Sarah..😊
That blue GMC shortbed you saw belonged to Mike Finnigan of Roadkill. I believe Charlie is a fan of him.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who knew that. :)
I loved that F-150 with the retro graphics. Car manufactures need to bring it back, and more color choices!
Double Sarah and SEMA tour? YES
Thanks Sarah, excellent video
Thx for such a cool sharing!
Once again another perfect SEMA show by Sara & mini Sara.
I hope you took time to enjoy yourselves. That would be a blast. 😊
A very entertaining 'Sarah' tour of Sema! Enjoyed your presentation of the less outrageous vehicles.
I saw little Sarah in the thumbnail and immediately knew my day was going to get better. 2 Sarah’s for the price of one!
Thanks for always taking time to give attention to the less covered stuff; that's where most of my interest lies usually. The Jeep Commando came with a Dauntless V6 by Buick. I have a 1970 with 94,000 miles, it’s a great driving car. It’s for sale!
Excellent having little Sarah along for a video 🫂👏👏👏 that GR86 💞 in Celica rally livery 😘
Great job thanks for taking us around sema 2024, step counting info interesting
I would have hoped to see more 80s and 90s Toyota Pickups. I love those trucks!! I have a 92 Pickup and it's the only vehicle I've ever owned. I think they named them the Tacoma in 1996.
Thanks for this video!
I know I'm not the only one who'd be happy had you made this a longer video

YAAH!! It's Dynamic Duo!
Been wondering when we would get to see 'Little' Sarah again.
looool the end of the video ! :D Sarah is so funny
2:17 I love those Mazda mini trucks too, especially the extended cab so i can fit in it. Lol

💛Thank You Sarah, for going to these shows. Love seeing all the older cars&Trucks with modern tech.💛
Ok, the all carbon fibre 280 was by far the coolest thing I have ever seen. Thank you for showing that. Loved those as a kid and that was just awesome.
Lil Sarah!!!
That was actually pretty fun, thank you!
That was fun! Happy to see you get away from the stress of the shop for awhile. And always fun when little Sarah is along for the ride. Thanks!
Thanks for showing something I will never see live... love your choices, exactly what I'd look at too
Thanks for covering some of the builds that aren’t in other SEMA videos I especially enjoyed the retro style ones
This exclusive SEMA coverage is appreciated.😊❤❤❤
You 2 are awesome when you get together, you both have great personalities and when you combine them it’s awesome. Looks like you had a great time.
The old Jeep with 2 shifters are 2 or 4wd and the other is high or low.
Hello just want to say thank’s !! Great Video content from the sema show looking throu your eays …cool to See your sister from another mother Little sahrah again smile :) !! Greeting’s from Germany and have fun at the Show!! Bye by Jahn..!!
Great spot on intro and that's the reason why I prefer your content over the other car channels.
Impressive knowledge of vehicle's, hope your Celica goes to sema in the future?
Great video
Looks like fun! Great to see both Sarah's in action! Ping with you in spirit!
This was nice to watch, thanks.
The Robby Layton OnX bread van I was just in Vegas 56 year old truck driver walked 8.5 miles a day
Happy to see Small Sarah.... bummed there wasn't an AMX again this year ;)
Nice to see the Sarah twins reunited 😊😊
The car that confused you at 12:33, it's a Chevrolet Opala here in Brasil. PS: always glad to see little Sarah!
The lookup to see if her forehead was red was the highlight of the show, lol
Aloha Miss Sarah. Glad you got out of town.
I’ve been to LVCC for CES. That hike to west hall is no joke. It’s like a mile of zigzag and up down.
The Apple Watch gyros can determine steps based on your gate and arm movements.
Great walkaround, one of the better ones I've seen. As for tracking your distance, these things can be a little off. The small one!!

Just like when taller/smaller tires and speedo gets outta whack - you guys have diff gearing! lol
Yay!!!!! Small Sarah!!!!! Was that Liz?
No
Tall & Small Sarahs for the win!
Thanks for the Awesome video. I appreciate how you present the vehicles and knowledge.
That was not an Opel Kadett, that was a Chevrolet Opala, 1975 to 1978 model, from Brazil! I happen to own one, a 1974 model, over here in Brazil.
I look forward to the sema video with little Sarah every year
Distance is how many steps you do and how long your stride is, which varies with height of the individual. 😊
