8:35 Odyssey batteries are the best. Pricey $$$ but worth it. Installed one on my 1966 Series 2a and it cranks the engine like its about to shoot it out of the engine bay!
There is a UA-cam channel named, The Barndo Channel - 1845, They are in the business of building what you want to do with your land. They are located in Texas. No fun to move a shop. Your new space is outstanding. All the best to you.
There are a couple of UA-cam videos about Amish contractors doing an excellent job building steel and wood Barndominiums. One woman was in your situation, other contractors had failed, then an Amish crew did an outstanding and rapid job.
I was on the same path with a barndominium a few years ago. I realized pretty quickly that there are companies pushing great deals on buildings that can be barndo's but they won't provide grading the land, pouring concrete. In addition, insulating, building the wooden framework inside and getting a contractor to warranty their work was impossible. I wasted 2 years looking for a GC that knew the specific build type, and after sifting thru 10 contractors and realizing they were all smoke and mirrors, I put the dream one shelf for later. I have architectural plans though for a 40 x 80 building with a second floor living space, an RV pad and lean too spot on the side, full solar and battery ready and a wrap around upper deck with a small elevated green house. Grey water re use and water capture system. One day I feel your frustration in an all to real way. Great new shop space for your new chapter, happy for your progress!

THAT'S AMAZING! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I feel you on the construction woes...here in South Florida, 99% of the people that do literally ANYTHING with home construction, services, etc. are crooks. Can't wait to see what you get up to in that new shop!
Hear you on leasing a warehouse, after 10 years of leasing we just purchased one to stop throwing money away on rent. For your 5 acres, maybe just have the steel building constructed with electricity and a bathroom. With your mechanical skills, you'll find that building a living space in a steel building will be easy compared to the kind of mechanical work that you do. Videos on building the living space will appeal to your audience and may help pay for its materials. Or just have a prebuilt home dropped off by the steel building to keep home and work separate and have a bigger workshop.
Congratulations on the new digs! I know it wasn't exactly what you were going for long-term, but it's got to feel great to be in a larger shop with room for vehicle storage. Keep up the great work!
Sorry you couldn't get your own place up and running but I'm thrilled to see you expanding!🎉🎊 Loved the behind the scenes look at you setting up the new place too. Chipping in a bit to help that first month in the new space go more smoothly. You rock.
Gas tank chemistry: Any water that gets in the gas tank will sink to the bottom and be cut off from air by the gas. Any water soluble impurities will end up in the water, and if they're organic, they'll do weird anaerobic reactions that smell bad.

Yeah.. I’m in Arizona not PA lol
@@SarahnTuned Maybe they'll come down for the Winter, cut you a deal. They have their own semi-trucks and RVs.
@@SarahnTuned Amish do work in all States not just PA...not sure what your point is?
@Jumalten001 there are Amish in Indiana.
@@DrDiff952 They get around.. Still looking for the video link. Not affiliated.
You are the hardest working person I have ever seen on youtube. Congratulations on the move and making a step up and closer to you dreams.
One day
I feel your frustration in an all to real way. Great new shop space for your new chapter, happy for your progress!
You guys are doing great just keep on rolling, everything's just going to be fine❤❤❤
Hope this covers a meal and some boba! Excited for the new shop!
Just think how far you have came from working in your garage to your new workshop, and how your following has grown, shows you are doing what everyone wants to see
Please stop being so hard on yourself. You’ve done a lot more than most and you’re creating content 703k of us have watched. You’re killing it friend.
704k now 💪
This move will help you figure out some new ideas, before you build. Exciting times. Onwards and upwards ☀️☮️
We can see the potential, like we did when you moved from your garage. Yes. SNT 3.0 indeed! Thank you for taking the leap for us and know we are here for you and the team!! And PLEASE stop being so hard on yourself. You didn't fail. You've done so much with so little in a short timeframe. Take pride in your accomplishments and be thankful for where you are, as its where you need to be. And we are here with you and for you! Cheers Chica!!
The barndominium thing seems beyond frustrating. The new shop is fantastic! Congratulations!
Wow, I've noticed you are now over 700K subs! Congrats! Your hard work is paying off. I subscribed when you were at 20k subs and working out of your garage.
Thanks for a great update. Something for your hot beverage for morning tea.
There are a TON of barn-do contractors and builders in Texas. Not sure how many of them are willing to travel, but we have it down to a fine, home building art. Worth a look. Kudos for finding a way to land on your feet, regardless. Onto more content!!
Great new building . Congrats, its amazing how have an organized space makes you more productive. Don't forget the fresh light and air..
I'm as happy watching shop builds as watching car builds. You do you, and we'll just watch
This is awesome! Been following you for years now and I was shocked to see the big change! Here's wishing you all the best from Canada!
Congratulations on the new space. As for building your own barndominium, build it yourself! I guarantee all of us we’ll follow along. Your more than capable
This video was so fun!! I love seeing behind the scenes and just how you're getting sh!t done. Love the Angel Food Cake and Charlie Fabricobbler appearances too.
Haven’t watched a video of yours in a while and WOW you are looking better and better Sarah. Look forward to following you along your journey.
You are freaking hilarious. Congrats in the new shop ❤
I, for one, am so happy that you're still going to be filming and showing skill levels that are unusual to many of us... yeah...!!!!!!
An enormously surprising and entertaining video! Your new shop looks awesome and will hopefully save you lots of time having to jockey vehicles around to gain lift access for car review filming. I’m amazed that you pulled off this move while keeping up your video release schedule AND a livestream for us to enjoy. New subscribers and viewers should watch a few of your earliest videos to see how a truly passionate person can achieve their goals through talent and hard work. Extraordinary, Sarah… 👍👍👍
Congrats on the new shop. Glad to see you make greay progress along all these years. Kuddos !
It seems quite crazy, I discovered you 5 years ago when I had a 4motion mk4 golf and you were doing wheel bearings/drive shafts on an Audi TT, I watch lots of your videos on and off over time, you were in your garage at your home, then you moved into a workshop, to see you go one further is amazing, I just ask myself how on earth you do it all!
Keep up the amazing work :)
That was a lot of hard work! Nice to see Charlie and Ozzie helping... but poor Charlie and his back.. ouch!
Hope you love the new space as much as we do. It is great watching you solve problems, be it with cars, moving, cleaning, etc. The wit and commentary you provide makes it all the better. You bring lots of smiles to the world. Hope you get some smiles back yourself.
Zoning won’t allow it like that.
@@SarahnTuned Got it, Sarah. They'll let you build a house but not a warehouse. Those zoning regulations are always getting in the way.
Congratulations on the new digs! I know it wasn't exactly what you were going for long-term, but it's got to feel great to be in a larger shop with room for vehicle storage. Keep up the great work!
Sorry you couldn't get your own place up and running but I'm thrilled to see you expanding!🎉🎊
Loved the behind the scenes look at you setting up the new place too.
Chipping in a bit to help that first month in the new space go more smoothly.
You rock.
Thanks for getting us up to date on your new garage space. What an undertaking! Once again you amaze and impress.
I ❤PBS quote. Enjoy your new space.
Gas tank chemistry: Any water that gets in the gas tank will sink to the bottom and be cut off from air by the gas. Any water soluble impurities will end up in the water, and if they're organic, they'll do weird anaerobic reactions that smell bad.
You are not just your own secretary, but president and CEO! I appreciate sharing in your journey. Best wishes to you! Kudos to Charlie and Angel being there for you.
Thanks!
You are just the greatest! Everyone who watches and appreciates your channel needs to step up and help support you in this new endeavor! Much respect ✊
Wonderful Sarah!! 🎉😊 Congratulations on your new space
Totally understand your frustrations with trying to build your own shop/home. And while you are still making lease payments on your new shop as opposed to going towards your own property, not all bad. It is still deductible, right? As always, enjoy the content and look forward to what’s next.
Only person who can make a moving video interesting and entertaining. Well done Airman!
Wow. Just when I’m thinking you couldn’t get more fascinating you pull this off! Congrats young lady!
This is sooooo AWESOME! I remember how exciting it was when you moved into the shop you moved out of so this just great!
For all the Robo Bubble used in the cleaning during the move. It’s a nice space, just wish it was your own. Feel free to support Sarah in her move and rent at the new place.
Congratulations on your move, Sarah! Enjoyed your video!
3:04 - of _course_ there would be extensive cleaning involved! 😄
Seriously, congratulations on the move into a bigger space; it should make your life/work a whole lot easier!
