I've been doing this workout and the other full body workout for 2,5 months, 3 times a week now (in combination with yoga workouts). I'm definitely losing weight and getting stronger. First time i´ve done it i died a couple of times and sometimes had to break up. i´ve done it 5 times now and i can do the full Routine without pauses, it is still challenging, but i feel so much better afterwards. Thank you so much :-)

This is sooo good. I haven't done pilates in over a year, just yoga and tai chi, and I've missed it! I used to go to class with the beds and everything, and I hadn't realized that the exercises are the same, only without the bands attached to the bed. I loved those exercises, but with your abs doing all the work instead of the bands, it's really hard! I'm super tired, but I will be using this video more often :) thank you
I really enjoyed this workout and tried to keep us best i can. The only part i found difficult was lying on my back trying to get legs over passed my head. Is there an alternative to this particular part. I don't think my core muscles are anywhere the stage of getting my legs over my head. Josh

Appreciate your attention to details; very helpful. I struggle with the side plank cause it put lots of stress on my shoulder joint. is their a way to strengthen or build up to the side plank
You could start with your hip or knees on the ground until you build up the strength to do the full plank. Remember it is a practice so it's more important to do it than be perfect at it. And don't hurt yourself!
Hi Paul, as mentioned by eFit30 a great way to work up to the side plank is to have your bottom leg bent underneath and supporting you and your top leg outstretched. This way you are still getting the same movement but with a little more support. And if you practice like this you will build the strength and then be able to extend both legs. Cheers, Caity
What suggestions do you have for people who can't do planks because the pressure on their wrists is too much for them to handle and it physically hurts them. How would I increase my strength in my wrists
Hi Ashley - A great modification for your wrists is to come down into a plank position but resting on your elbows and forearms. This should help, Cheers

I cannot see any exercises for lower back (dorsal) strengthening. For abs there are too many. Is it normal for the body balance?? In this video with which exercises you can strengthen lower back?
It may be helpful when starting a video where there will be a lot of exercises where the limbs swing outwards in all directions, that you may let the audience know ahead of time, so we can try to accommodate a space or try a different video. Not everyone has a home which can allow such full-range motion, myself being one. I did my best however. I really liked the clams and other leggy exercises. They make me feel elegant, even when my glutes feel like they're being branded with a red hot iron. haha Thank you.

I've tore a muscle in my lower back, my doctor advised me to do some pelatis. As a 93 kg male gym rat.... I can only say how amazed I am. It looks so simple when you do it, but when it's my turn... oh noes. :)
