    i had never try pilates before,all my life was doing weights and calisthenics now im doing this video every 2 days is unbelievable the progress and results that you can accomplish with pilates.this girl is amazing i love her accent.

    I had to stop a few times, (I have awfully weak wrists) but I actually completed the workout (and it felt like barely any time passed, which has never happened with any exercise I've ever done.) Will do again.

    Great workout. Much better than the black and grey cover pic suggests. Colour cover lic would be better.

    I simply love it! I've always wanted to try Pilates and this video was a good introduction to it.. It's good for beginners and it feels so good when you finish it!

    I think Caity is the perfect Pilates instructor! Very pretty, smoking body, has a great voice(not too hyper/annoying) and the instruction is perfectly-paced (not too fast/slow). I have had private pilates classes and the high quality videos Caity makes is just as good. I had an excellent workout, thanks!

    That was difficult but I so need to do this...shoulder injuries made the side lifts difficult, but I need to continue these stretches for a while until I get stronger 04/01/2017

    Enjoyed the workout. Some of the lifts were hard on my neck (old injury). Any suggestions?

      Thanks for watching, we don't have any exercise that specifically avoid putting weight on your neck. I will put a list at the bottom of this link for pilaties but you will need to run through an find one that has fewer positions that work your neck, suggest some from Liz Wilson on this list, you will still need to skip the neck parts. ua-cam.com/play/PLA913715041280DA8.html

    Hi, I would like to know why each time I do pilates for 30 minites I gain weight. I am new to pilates but each time I practice it I gain some weight. Is that normal? I enjoy doing pilates because it helps me to be more focus when doing my daily activities but I am afraid I would not be able to do it anymore because of the reason explained.

      Carlos Morzan Fitness matters far more for health than how much you weigh. In practical terms someone who wants to lose weight with exercise should step on the bathroom scale after a month, if at that point your weight remains stubbornly unchanged or has increased, “look closely at your diet and other activities,” See full article here well.blogs.nytimes.com/2014/11/12/exercising-but-gaining-weight/?_r=0 Hope this helps
