i had never try pilates before,all my life was doing weights and calisthenics now im doing this video every 2 days is unbelievable the progress and results that you can accomplish with pilates.this girl is amazing i love her accent.

I think Caity is the perfect Pilates instructor! Very pretty, smoking body, has a great voice(not too hyper/annoying) and the instruction is perfectly-paced (not too fast/slow). I have had private pilates classes and the high quality videos Caity makes is just as good. I had an excellent workout, thanks!

That was difficult but I so need to do this...shoulder injuries made the side lifts difficult, but I need to continue these stretches for a while until I get stronger 04/01/2017

Hi, I would like to know why each time I do pilates for 30 minites I gain weight. I am new to pilates but each time I practice it I gain some weight. Is that normal? I enjoy doing pilates because it helps me to be more focus when doing my daily activities but I am afraid I would not be able to do it anymore because of the reason explained.
