Refreshing Raw Mango Panna Recipe (Aam Panna)

    In a pot, take a glass of water and a bowl of sugar to make sugar syrup of the correct consistency. In another vessel, grind fresh mint leaves, 9 black peppercorns, a teaspoon of cumin powder, and 3 cardamom pods with a little water. Strain this mixture through a sieve into a bowl. In a pressure cooker, add some water and place 2 raw mangoes. Close the cooker lid and cook until the mangoes are tender. Once cooled, remove the skin from the mangoes and strain the pulp. Blend the pulp in a mixer jar. Mix the blended pulp with the sugar syrup, adding the mint mixture that was strained earlier. Add a teaspoon of black salt to the mixture and boil on high flame until it comes to a boil, about 2-3 minutes. Once boiled, strain the panna again and let it cool to room temperature, then chill it in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy your chilled Aam Panna!
