    I love your channel! Can you please share how you plan out your workouts for the month? Is there a template you use that you can share? Also, could you do a video about what made you decide to get the Rogue bike? I've been on the fence about getting one (already have the Concept 2 rower and a treadmill) so would be interested to understand why you chose the Rogue bike? Thank you!

      Thank you so much! My monthly workout schedule is definitely geared towards my goals. First starts with a running schedule that is built around the concepts of the 80/20 principle as outlined in Matt Fitzgerald's book on 80/20 Running. A must read if looking to be a better running and minimizing risk of injury while training. Once I have my running schedule in place I layer in individual workouts (high-intensity in nature).
      Also my next scheduled video will be a comparison of the Rogue Echo Bike vs Concept2 Bike Erg. Will cover the pros and cons of each and what I would recommend if you are looking to just buy one of the two bikes. Stay tuned!
