      Unfortunately, my dear, I have become frustrated with the keto...Keto is a very, very healthy diet and has a miraculous effect on the body, but not for weight loss. This is the biggest myth about it, for example. Nuts are keto, but their calories must be calculated. Fat is keto but its calories must be counted. Avocado is keto, but its calories must be calculated. Cheese is keto, but its calories must be calculated. Fish is keto, but its calories must be calculated.. the result : keto, does not care about the amount of crab only, but he is interested in calories.. so keto is a calorie system as well. If you want to lose weight, you must reduce calories, and the keto system claims to be better than reduced calorie diet. it's a big lie. The keto diet is a system that claims to be afraid of crabs but it is afraid of calories more . For example, if you only eat 1,500 calories net carbs every day, you will lose weight. The keto diet is healthy, but the issue of weight loss without calculating calories is a lie, so it is a healthy reduced calorie diet only. .Keto sweets are low in carbs, but very, very high in calories. Why do ketones bodies matter to us???? ?????? for example If the ketone bodies are so high, but I'm eating 3 pounds of ghee every day only , I will gain weight. The only solution to losing weight is intermittent fasting and its duration varies from person to person. Two meals or a meal or even every 48 hours. The last question is .. .. If I eat 2500 calories on a keto diet and my ketone bodies was =2 or1500 calories on a full carb diet, which one faster to loss weight ???????

    Yes once again another complicated description of a very simple subject.
    Simple version
    1. Heart rate
    2 oxygen
    3 diet.
    Normal heart rate is burning fat for energy.
    Stressed heart rate huffing and puffing means lack of oxygen . Body will store fat for just in case it's needed later if stress continues.
    Diet . Never eat anything made in a factory . It just isn't food.
    Fat free , low fat is something that once was good but has been changed . Do not eat it.
    Most important. Only eat carbs that occur in actual food.
    So if anyone out there wants to gain health and lose weight is so so easy.
    1 . Walk slowly more and more. Fuel source used while body has normal oxygen supply is fat .
    Don't eat anything out of a box or packet or can.
    What happens is that feeling hunger diminishes and you just eat less because you are satisfied from eating proper food.
    Keep away from frankefood.

    • @pikminzeldamarioguy
      @pikminzeldamarioguy 2 роки тому +1

      the 2 atp part is also key, it means you are getting 1/15 the energy from the glucose, meaning you burn 15x as much for skipping the krebs cycle

      @@ThomasDeLauerOfficial you give rapid fire information . Hard to take it all in.. Everyone is different but the heart rate and oxygen or lack of never changes in everyone.
      The big deal that everyone wants is weight loss. Most of the world is overweight or obese and pre diabetic . Unfortunately eating carbs spikes insulin and goes to fat . A hard oxygen depriving workout prevents that fat from being used as a fuel source. You my friend are very knowledgeable and give great information . A lot of comments show that people are still confused about weight loss. It's too simple to lose weight . Always show how that mechanism works . Maybe conduct your own study and youtube the progress to prove it's correct.
      All the best Thomas . No harm meant . Cheers.

      That's what the science says.
      You walk at a speed that you can talk but not sing.
      At this level the body is not starved of oxygen.
      When it gets starved then cortisol kicks in and then you go huff and puff and you gain weight.
      Sorry about that.

    The biggest force behind tryptophan driving sleep is not the production of melatonin... In fact, cortisol starts to plummet around noon time, and THAT is far more a driver of sleep at that hour than melatonin production... He touches on ATP, but may not realize that once adenosine is isolated and begins to build in the brain, THAT build up is your actual "sleep drive" (tryptophan contributes and increases to the build up of adenosine) .... we actually have 2 sleep systems, and the circadian system is BY FAR the secondary system.... It's really merely a timer... The homeostatic build up of adenosine is the system that actually OVERPOWERS you... the one that feels like a "spell" ... the one that, if you try to ignore, will eventually cause you to drop from exhaustion and fall sleep just about anywhere.... (hopefully not while you're driving) ...and that system is DRIVEN by adenosine in the brain which is built up from the processing of ATP.

    If you slow down to where you can get enough air to go for an extended period. You should be in fat burn.
    However many people are so used to carb loading that they need to retrain the body to burn fat.

    How about carbs from healthy sources such as fruit? I recently started a strict Mediterranean diet which is abundant in fruits and vegetables, as you have discussed on your channel. How are carbs in, say, a fruit metabolized in relation to carbs found in chips? Since on a strict Mediterranean diet I have felt amazing. I have cut refined carbs but onstead consume unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables. I eat sensibly and don't count calories. I am able to work an entire 12 hour night shift without coffee. My mood has been elevated and I have seen significant abdominal fat reduction. Can you please go into detail on this?

Maybe stay with berries fruit family to keep it very low. Depending on your goal really.. you’re still doing a good job, just lessen your fruit intake and more protein with its natural fats.

    • @CarbageMan
      @CarbageMan 2 роки тому +4

      Well, you'll burn fat, but you'll also burn glucose. What happens is gluconeogenesis fills your glycogen stores, then when you do the HIIT, you'll decrease your glycogen stores. If you're fat adapted, you'll hit more gluconeogenesis like crazy. That will drive up your blood sugar, but it's all good, because ultimately, it has to come from fat. If you overeat fat, you'll have a lot of gluconeogenesis at rest, but if you're at a deficit, you more quickly decrease your glycogen stores and burn even more fat. That's the reason why it's a good idea not to overeat fat-you'll just store it as fat, or drive up your blood sugar, or both.

    I'm trying to go low carb semi keto, but it's kinda hard when if I get the caebs too low I get low blood sugar triggered migraines. I can go full keto for a few days no prob, but once I do it for over 7 days I get a severe migraine for almost 48 hrs. So I still have to eat carbs, and ifmy blodd sugar drops bad enough ingest junk to help stabalize things. It kinda sucks. Good thing is within the past 13 months I've lost over 20 pounds by trying to eat healthier and decreasing my carbs, increasing nutrient dense foods, and finding healthy subs for unhrathy cravings. It's still a work in progress though, and I'm still a minimum of 100 pounds heavier than I should be. The ideal weight for me with hight, body type, age, gender, and having had a kid factored in is between 115-130 pounds. End of last month my gp weighed me in at 231 pounds. 13 months ago I was well over 250 pounds. I want off the crabs, but until hormones and blood sugar levels are more stabalizsed I have to be careful if I don't want to be bedridden from illness from low blood sugar. And no, I'm not diabetic, but I am insulin resistant from a autoimmune disease in the form of hypoglycemia. My blood sugar has nasty drops and spijes with no warning. The spikes cause me to pass out and loose consciousness for a hour minimum, the drops make me sick or cause migraines. Not to mention I become very crancky with the drops and snippy as hell. Im not really pleasant to be around when my sugar levels are too low
