    I've been doing OMAD with KETO for 4 mos now & i've lost 30 lbs. It really works. I started with 2 weeks trying to slowly cut down on rice until I eliminated it. I did 18:6 IF eating 3 meals/day until i was comfortable w/2 meals then eventually OMAD. First thing i noticed my cravings for sweets were all gone.

    I'm 68. now and I will do the "OMAD". I only eat 1 full meal during lunch and and boiled egg as my snack. Breakfast and supper, I used "Herbalife" shake, aloe concentrate and tea. After consuming my "Herbalife" shake, aloe concentrate and tea, I will start "OMAD'. Thank you for the video.

    Gusto ko ding itry si omad.. Tmad palang ako 16:8 intermittent fasting, low carb din ako.. Sa lahat ng klase ng diet na tinry ko ito ang naging effective kasi makikita mo sa katawan mo mismo yung difference.. Ayoko ng mag focus sa weight ang mahalaga nakikita kong me pag babago sa katawan ko.. Thank you Ms. Aileen for your super helpful info..

    I really love your explanations Ms Aileen . It's been 3weeks after I started LCIF and now I'm doing OMAD, happy ako dahil naiiwasan ko na yung kanin,mahirap dahil I'm a mom responsibilities ko pa din magluto pero self discipline lang tlaga ang kailangan. Mahirap pero kakayanin. 😊😊

    Di mo kakayanin ang omad pag magkoconsume ka parin ng high carbs, for sure 3 hrs plng gutom na gutom ka na. Napakalinaw ng explanation sa lahat ng napanuod ko eto lng lubos kong naintindihan, you deserve my subscription. 👍👍👍

    Thank you Aileen, for the very thorough explaination , I’ve learned a lot, ngayon ko lang naintindihan mabuti yung tungkol sa stored glucose from sweets and carbs, dapat pala talaga I avoid mga sweets and carbs, para makita yung result sa weight-loss, at na burn yung stored glucose, it’s hard to give up carbs right away kaya inuunti unti ko, not just from rice, pasta or bread, but also from fruits, my kids is having a hard time to eat fruits and veggies that’s why I make smoothies every single day with spinach, kale, berries, avocados and banana. Siguro I will make my own smoothie without banana. I do exercise too 3 times a week for one hour. I’m seeing some results but not a lot, pero dahil naintindihan ko na, May the Lord help me with self control too from unnecessary food. Thanks again Aileen for sharing, you are so smart, God bless you more❤️

    I'm doing omad with strict dirty lowcarb diet every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday then doing tmad with strict dirty lowcarb every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in my 2nd month. Wish me luck! ♥️

    I’ve been doing OMAD for 2 weeks and i lost 6kg so far i eat carbs, sweets, protein, vegetables, and fruits. I don’t even exercise because i’m afraid to gain muscles di kasi bagay sakin ang buffy na katawan 🤣 at wala naman akong narandaman na side effects bukod sa gutom hahaha at thank you din sa video nito kasi ito ang naging guide ko❤️

    Hi mam ? Ask ko po pwede po sa OMAD ung every morning ko is 1 SUGO (snack) And black coffee No sugar .. then sa lunch po dun ung heavy meals ko like beef , egg , brocolli lettuce ,, then sa hapon po before 4 pm nagcocoffee ulit po ako ng black no sugar with 1 snack na SUGO (nuts)??? Pwede po ba sa OMAD yan ?? Sana po mapansin nyo po tong comment ko at sana maanswer ❤️ godbless po 😘

    Hi Ms. Aileene. Im doing OMAD po pang 2nd week ko na po. Pero hindi po ako nagstrict LOw Carb. My carb protein fat ratio is 15:30:55. Pero madalas ang nacoconsume ko lang na carbs ay 5-10g. Minsan di ko narereach ung macro nutrients kase pinaprioritize ko na mareach ung daily calories ko. Okay lang po ba yon or not? Papayat pa rin po ba ako? Kase po may nagsabi na I should set my carbs to 5% or less to lose weight and 70-80% ng fat. Pde din po ba na idagdag ko ung butter sa food or coconut oil to achieve ung daily fat intake ko nagkukulang po kase hehe. Thank you so much po and God bless

    Nagkacalorie deficit ako for almost 4 mos na gusto ko sana magKeto diet kaso natatakot ako baka mawala ako sa state ng ketosis, marami kasing bawal( little things like soy sauce) baka lalo akong tumaba.

    Ms aileen OMAD na po ako ng 8days tanung ko lng OK lng po ba mag take ako ng honey one spoon before ako matulog? My weight bfore is 60kg,now I'm 55kg,my goal is 50kg my height is 5'6.
