I've had TMJ pain for over 20+ years. Had multiple PT treatments with TMJ "specialists" over the years with only minor, temporary relief. A Craniosacral therapist told me about the jaw/pelvis connection and I did get more relief from her treatments but again only temporary. Your treatment protocol makes more sense since I do have scoliosis . Thank u for these wonderful videos. Amazing work. 🙂

I’ve had the worst TMJ pain. My jaw spasms in my sleep and I wake up with intense pain as I’ve bitten my tongue in my sleep, sometimes 5 or so times a night. I also have fibromyalgia. I learnt about fascia in a yoga class years ago and also did a fascia release workshop which has helped significantly. I wonder if fibro is more a fascia thing than a muscular or nervous system thing? I’d appreciate your thoughts. That you so much for your videos❤️

There is a connection between mewing(tongue posture) and fascia. I don't have precise evidence or research data, but from experience its true.

The answer is person specific. And would be based on individual assessment. We hope that makes sense.
