This is just what I was seeking; genius! After training in and teaching yoga for over a decade, I often felt we shouldn’t practice/train on each side of the body the exact same way. For me, having EDS (recent and late diagnosis at 40, I’m now 43) it always felt counterintuitive…now I know for sure. This is why I gave up on yoga and started my own movement therapy in doing what felt right. Still not out of the park, but a Rolfer I see periodically is very impressed with the positive changes I’ve made. I definitely plan on seeking more guidance from one of your practitioners as I feel it will be the final piece to my puzzle. 🙏

45 min free consultation...hard, to believe. What´s the catch?

      There really isn’t one.
We allow people 45min to test and see if they are a good candidate for treatment. If we can produce a minimum drop in symptoms of 25% at the consult, that would make someone a candidate.
The normative pattern is 50% reduction in symptoms at the consult, for the majority of people who are a match for treatment with us. That was a great question 🙂 thank you!

Dang! Excellent info. I find Kundalini ''Breath of Fire'' very helpful
