I was told by a physiotherapist "pain doesn't move around" and when I told her I would lose the use of limbs for a length of time she said "no you don't". She needs to see this video
It makes total sense, and it checks out with the personal investigation regarding my shoulder/neck chronic pain. Carrying a school bag full of books for one entire year + pressing the WASD keys constantly while playing PC games without proper stretching or movement in my teen years messed me up good, and the armpit muscles are involved aswell. I have to check which other zones need to be stimulated for ricovery, cause its been 10 years now. Edit: why armpit? Because keeping the arm in that position with the fingers in tension, tightened that zone in response. And i discovered it just recently
@@Life360Summit of course, thank you! I've been getting followed by different physiotherapists and an osteopath (along with a nutritionist) for several years, but I mostly gathered the big chunk of info through doctors, said professionals, and reliable information on the internet. It's a neverending, painful journey indeed, but I'm tougher.
This was really interesting. Can you recommend anyone in the UK that is approved to treat fascia? Or any regulatory body that has this information? Many thanks

Please be careful. If you have been self treating, and the issue still persists for 10 years, we highly recommend getting professionally assessed.

I needed this! Lower back sciatica pain for over 20 years. And recently I’ve kinda tried to strengthen lower back. It’s not helping.
