  • I was so excited to listen to this song & watch the video, I can’t wait for you all to see it as well - such beautiful visuals and fantastic music.
    About Blackbraid:
Sgah’gahsowáh is the mastermind of the one-man project called Blackbraid.
“Instead of the devil and arson, Blackbraid…is infatuated with nature, folk music and screaming about the struggles faced by Native Americans. Their first single Barefoot Ghost Dance On Blood Soaked Soil was inspired by the myriad of atrocities that indigenous people have endured.”
    - Louder Sound
The much anticipated second album “Blackbraid II” is finally being released on July 7th, and world-wide pre-sales have begun exclusively at Blackbraid.us & Bandcamp!

Jon Krieger is pretty awesome. The music is classic BM, very classic (Immortal would be proud of it :D) but it just rocks.

@@Rivoltasata Sure. "1st generation fan". When Jon released the first single last year I was already hooked, bought via bandcamp digitally the second singel and then I ordered the vinyl (and a few shirts) of the first album.
So when the second album came out I had to get it. Sadly only bought it digitally, cause Jon has no European distribution for the second album (he did for the first) and due to its price custom, tax etc would be 100 bucks for the shipping to Germany... The 1st album was cheaper and I did not mind the extra costs...
But I wait, perhaps he will find a European distributor again.
Great stuff. Love it. Pretty clean production. But there are also some really raw underground native American BM bands out there :D. Well, every country, continent etc has awesome (black) metal bands. I found some jewels in every region. From Asia to Africa to Europe (well...) to the Americas etc.
That's so awesome about music. It connects people with totally different backgrounds by their love of music. More music, less hate (against each other of course, not against the system ;)).
