I have had my own little pack of 4 beetles for about 2 years now and have been wanting to spruce up their lil enclosure, I LOVE how this looks!
Do you seal your decor before adding it?
considering getting some of these guys so I've been researching, and finding a way to make the tank look nice is a bonus :]

My brother has some of those beetles.
I want these guys. They're so adorable. I have several jumping spiders right now. 4 different species that I've found. A crab spider and a cobweb spider. I used to have a praying mantis and she was my buddy. They only live around 4 months though. 😪

Nope ☺️ baking it acts as santitization since the heat kills any bacteria

They’re probably long gone. They don’t have a long lifespan

My jumping spider is usually very calm and stays on her favorite twig just chilling there, but since a few days shes been really agitated and started running around the "walls" of her enclosure. Ive had her for 6 months now, shes "likes" being on peoples hands but is a very calm specimen. Should I worry about the sudden agitation ? Or if anyone else can help me about it thatd be great ❤
I wouldn’t worry too much. Depending on the size of her enclosure though, she may benefit from more space now that she’s becoming more explorative
Will they be able to get stuck in the skull holes? I want one but can't seem to find ones with sizes that seem appropriate
Nope! You can see them going in and out of it later in the video ☺️ the size of this one is an Xsmall from 3D Print Cave on Etsy. But that have other sizes as well

Would you recommend this enclosure for a tarantula?
For a terrestrial, absolutely! However I would advise the deeper one to allow for more substrate. But since the lid isn’t secure, they could easily push it open. You could get some childproofing locks and adhere them to the edges to secure it down. Or just setting another enclosure or something kinda heavy on top should suffice.
They are a nice size aren't they. I can see it depending on the tarantula. The size and if they are arboreal or not ... I can see a larger tarantula pushing that top up and creating the grand escape! 🕷
