I would have to say Good Luck getting this on an airplane. It's more than 100WH (Watt Hours). Some airlines have additional rules but it's ultimately up to the TSA officer that's on-duty. I travel with numerous spare batteries but I just don't do it on a plane. I ship them to my destination ahead of time.
Thanks for the video. I watched your review on the Anker 747 Power Bank (PowerCore 26K for Laptop), too. Do you know why the "for Laptop" version is $50 more than the one in this review? I realize it has 2,000 mAh more, but that seems to be a lot of money for just a little more charge? I am just looking for a reliable power bank that will charge an iPad 8th Gen 1.5 to 2 times. I know Anker is reliable. But it seems this fancier version with a screen is more practical. Am I missing anything?
I know this post is a month old, but the 747 comes with a 65W charger and pouch. I think the assumption with the 737 is that you already have a 100W+ USB-C PD laptop charger and are looking for a comparable battery. That, or you buy one of their GaNPrime chargers and tack on another ~$100.
I have been using this power bank for about a week now and I am very impressed with it. I had it at the Legion and a friend's iPhone 12 was at 24% so I offered her my new toy. She was amazed that her phone was at 72% in a very short time, about 15 minutes. Expensive ($248 CAD inc taxes), but you do get what you pay for in this case

How good or is there "pass through" charging? Can i use it as an adapter for long period of times? ( This plugged in to outlet while charging a laptop in a way that it doesnt damage its internal battery overtime)
Pass-through charging is there for up-to 100W, but if you unplug the charger, the power bank stops charging the connected device and kicks in the internal batteries. Also if you charge a device that uses more than 9V of voltage, the powerbank doesn't charge itself and the connected device, it just charges the connected device while the batteries remain at the same SoC
I bought a Steam Deck so I just picked this up as well, cause everybody tells me I am going to need it!!! So i am hoping this battery works as good as this video says!
Zero battery packs can charge themselves at higher than 65W except for this one and the ridiculously expensive ($400) giant specialty ones, so it's cool to see Wish there was a flat, slim battery pack that could charge up at 100W, since 100W cables and powerbricks are readily available and cheapish, and the need for over 100W is extremely small
The 737 has got big firmware reliability problems. Display goes into protection low voltabe or low temp or high temp mode randomly while in use and cant be hard reset. This item needs a recal before they all get returned. The overcomplicated firmware not fit for purpose.
You can find the Anker 737 on Amazon with our affiliate link here: amzn.to/3qvkyTF
Could you please let us know which one is better 737 or 537? Capacity is the same...
I bought this and it just landed today. Can't wait to see the results
Please share your results!
My question is can you board a plane with this? I have been asking around and no one is able to answer or confirm
yeah

You forgot to mention charge a 140w laptop, so a high end gaming one it’s very impressive

@MetroidSlime You smart(DJ Khalid)
That friend must have been using the 5W charger that came with their old phone to be impressed with the speed of the 737
Thank you... I really appreciate your work! 👍🏾
Great review, you may want to also check out Anker's 747 power bank, it's their top of the line battery and offers a couple of upgrades over this one.
Great work on video mate 👍👍

Dude mine broke after 3 months. It won't charge or turn on.
Nice battery back mines came it yesterday and it looks awesome got it on sale for 112 it had a 40 dollar coupon on amazon
Can this work as a charger/ups for a MacBook?
Yes USBC any device
Let your hair grow out brother.
Excellent review.
Any recommendations on what type of charger to use to charge it?
Anker 717 Charger (140W)
You just need anything more than 65 watts you don't really need 140 watts Max

That is big and thick!
Only if it was 30,000 mAh
You'd have to add more battery cells which would make this thing even bigger.
@@aerundel romoss 30,000 isn't that big. So it's possible.
@@htmoh8115 But you can't take it on a plane, so 26,800 mAh like the large Anker batteries of old would be better
