That's the reason nearly every mechanic uses snap on tools because they are quality made and no messing about if something breaks with the lifetime guarantee. Obviously the tools cost a fortune but you pay the extra and get the extra peace of mind.
Do they really cost a fortune when it’s a tool that literally lasts you for a lifetime. I get what you mean of course but in the long run it’s prob about the same
They do to people that don't realise they get a lifetime out of the tool when they are paying twice or 3 times the price compared to a similar tool.
Plus, most tools are garbage these days. Snap-on is one of the last companies that make decent tools.
You pay so much for them so of course you get replacement. Buying good quality cheaper tools means you can just buy a replacement if needed and still save money. Losing a tool is more common than breaking one.

i hope someone high up the chain sees this video and gives Archie all the praise he deserves. I've just spent the last hour drooling over the snap-on catalogue, if i had the funds rn, I'd have made a purchase thanks to Archie. I never knew about the lifetime warranty and can only imagine the peace of mind knowing how easy a replacement is to acquire, can bring to work and home projects.

I don't use snapon myself as no need but Leatherman products I do use and everyone I have come across has a similar attitude. Brilliant DJ........ I have a friend that is a driver for Snap On and you should see inside the vans mate.... Its bigger than Dr Whos Tardis inside with a work shop type are, place for goods and spare parts etc..... and might I add very well organized with nice lighting.

Snap On have always done Lifetime Returns, part of what makes them such quality (they’d be replacing a lot of tools if no good) and respected(open a garage, buy tools that get replaced if broken)

After seeing this video I would buy Snap-on tools. Archie was fantastic and an asset to the company, a great attitude and a positive outlook. A big difference to some of the hostile people DJ has to interact with.
At both entrances, numerous public scooters 🛴available along the pavement; Snap-on refreshed the training centre front recently and added the security barrier. Nice warehouse offices detail.

If the snap-on bloke reads this. I have a 3/8 ratchet that slipped, I stopped at a snap-on van miles from home. The bloke stripped the ratchet to stick a new ratchet in, then said he didn't have the repair kit, but would have it the next day. I left with my ratchet in a bag. But when he put my ratchet in a bag, he didn't give me the old bits back, the bits that matter are the cover plate which isn't in a ratchet kit. Suggestions?
