Am a side and back sleeper ,Sleepy cat hybrid pillow i used for 6 nights and not felt comfortable and return ed the profuct. The two removable pads one is hard and one is soft..if we remove the hard one there would be height issue if we not remove we feeling some hard thing under our head and can't sleep.so am not anymore suggest this one

And use continuously at least one whole night or 1 hour then experience which pillow is suitable for you .
