    Great tutorial. I enjoyed watching it. I like your style and that you showed your design being stitched on a basic machine. When I started 15 years plus ago, I used a similar machine. I’ve since moved on to a 16 needle but those years of using my small single needle taught me so much about embroidery and techniques that when I did make the jump, I was super comfortable with my knowledge. Thank you John Deer for continuing to invest in producing tutorials. And Ken, I just might be one of your newest fans.

    Thanks Ken! Great tutorial as always! 🎉 keep up the great style of teaching 🎉 I’m still trying to get the hang of digitizing directions and where my passes should be (hopefully I said that right) but this really helped!

    Have you tried using hair clips to held the fabric out of the way? What do you think of that?

    What would be the better software to get? The doodler or Hatch, i want to learn to digitise logos, name designs, business logos, word designs and 3D designs?

      Definitly hatch. The Design Doodler is for easy stuff and having Fun. You cant add Fonts in the Doodler ( as far as i know).the Doodler is a great Program to have beside a real digitizing program

    i think it would be better to have a backing to cover the embroidery . The reason it would last longer when being washed. that way will not have the thread weaken.

    Also how I can delete stitches??

    • @XtraHandz1
      @XtraHandz1 25 днів тому

      Select object, choose the nodes tool, open the properties and change nodes to delete. Then click on nodes you don’t want.

    How I can add more fonts

    • @XtraHandz1
      @XtraHandz1 25 днів тому

      You cannot add more fonts. You can bring your finished design into another digitizing program and add to your design using the fonts you have there or add machine fonts to the design once you load it into your machine.
