Just started playing this morning on launch, its quite fun! They definitely took lots of notes from Arcaea, and honestly that’s a good thing. I’m not sure how much I will play just yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up being quite a lot.
the devs literally said : gimmick this gimmick that imma make this whole phone a gimmick and BAM! rotaeno honestly it's THE craziest and most fun rhythm game i've played so far, with arcaea and d4dj coming at a very far second
This is so cool, especially since I played Chrono Circle for the first time this month and loved it so much that I wished there was a mobile version, then here comes a new game with a similar rotating mechanic lol
Fun fact the entire game only uses touch screen. The buttons are pads that touch the screen under the rim. So theoretically you could play it entirely using the touch screen meaning it could be a mobile game if it wanted.
@@sneilson11 Ooo I didn't know that. From what I've read online the game is still relatively new, so I hope they actually do consider porting it later down the line.

This kinda feels like the mechanics for Spin Rhythm XD translated to a circular screen. Outside of that, I'm so glad there's finally a mobile rhythm game designed with _phones_ in mind. Most others seem like they were made for tablets, where you have more screen real estate. Those games tend to be borderline unplayable on phones once you reach higher difficulties due to things being so ridiculously cramped. It doesn't seem like you'd have that problem with this game. VOEZ did it pretty well but it was meh for me, atleast it was better than cytus II flick notes.
Just found out about this game today, and I’m loving it a lot! It has really good music! Also, something I noticed about “flicks” is you don’t have to necessarily flick. You can leave your fingers on the screen and simply turn the screen, like when you do the turn notes and it will work, and it actually makes some songs easier in the harder difficulties utilizing this technique!
So two months later, I must say I've been having an absolute _blast_ with this game. This has already jumped up to the top of my "all-time favorites" when it comes to rhythm games.
