Is something supposed to happen when pressing OK? I've lined up the red crosshairs as shown in the video; when I press OK, nothing happens. The blue hashmarks don't move.

@@ashleefalco it was. I ended up rebooting my Juliet because it stopped responding to anything I pushed. I finally got it to work.

Would you say the engraver tool is too sharp to use with foil, like how the Cricut has the foil tool?

You’d use the crease tool for foiling.
