I have seen those Waymo cars for 3 years anytime I visit San Francisco on weekends and I still don't know about trying one out. I would have to close my eyes. Last year they were having problems operating in thick fog and heavy rain. They also couldn't understand what a construction zone was. And for some crazy reason, some of them would drive onto Muni tracks (the light rail train system in the city) and stop. But I haven't heard of those problems in about a year. So I guess those kinks have been resolved. Last month there were problems at parking garages where they go to park for the night....they would blown their horns at each other as they were trying to get parking spots. All the honking horns kept the neighbors up. But that's been resolved now.

We took a Waymo three times and found them to be brilliant!!! Felt very safe in them and they were all very quick and dropped us off at the exact point each time.
