Hi Andy,
I'd like to thank you for posting your videos. They really are very helpful and I've used a lot of your tips and tricks for my own models.
never been a fan of WW1 until i saw the Whippet i will definitely be doing some WW1 vehicles
Looks like a nice kit to build. I'm a big fan of these WW1 armor/Plane kits
+Red Dragon ModelWerks it was a great build lots of fun , THanks for watching
Always a pleasure to watch these builds, they're a great help to me!
+Alan'sModelMaking thank you
excellent video Andy, i wish that more manufacturers would make WWI kits.
M3 Lee / T6E1 Grizzly💪🤯🤯👍🇺🇸
Hi Andy,
Another great build, was was looking forward to seeing what your build was going to be, and you did not let me down.
Take care, and happy modelling.
Les.
+Les Thiele Thanks les , It was alot of fun and look for more WWI soon, Thanks again
Nice tunes and model. Looking good.
I built 4 of these in 1-72, and these are lovely kits to build, everything goes just where its suppose to and no probems
Hi Andy I came across your videos by accident while researching the Nashorn added them straight to favourites. excellent techniques and info shown in them all.
+vindicari Thank you Im glad you enjoyed them.
Another great build. Always a pleasure to watch and learn.
+BadKarmaPT thanks
Nice work Andy. Thanks for the tip about the decals. I didn't now that. Will try this on my next tank. Looking forward to your next video.
+Anthony Clemens thanks glad you liked it
Came out great - nicely done!
It would be nice to see this in a 1/16 kit
This is a great kit, in fact I've never seen a Meng kit that didn't impress me.
I was really impressed by your work Andy. Really enjoyed watching 😀
+Cabilis66 thank you
Wow that turned out extremely well very nicely done and he keep up the good work
wicked mate I,m learning so much off you cheers
+Neil Mackay thank you
Greetings from Hurlock,MD) Really liked the way you did you video let no way the new meng tank come out
great video as always Andy personally I loved building this kit the tracks however are a nightmare!
another great video
+Ethan Burmistrzak thank you
Amazing turn out! Always impressed by these. Had never heard of the MENG company before but you've got me interested. Cheers
great build, you should be on model company's payroll, cause you sold me on this kit, lol. again very cool build.
+Clayton McClain yeah I now they should, LOL Thanks for watching
Andy I love watching your videos. I just started the hobby a couple months ago and became addicted. I have a request if possible. in the next tank build video you do can you spend a little extra time showing how you attach the tank track. I have a STUG i'm working on now and its rather difficult trying to get the track to hold and stretch to where it can attach and hold. If that makes sense. Any help would be appreciated. Keep up the good work!
Im going to be building one on the 17th septemper, cause on that day tanks have existed for 100 years
Nicely done video build Andy. Enjoyed the vid
+Armour Empire thank you
Incredible
Good stuff there. =)
Hello from Scotland, I think your builds are brilliant andy....keep up the good work but please stick to the classical music because the elevator music at the start nearly put me off watching lol
Love this new type of music
Great video! Wish i could make them like you!
Nice Build! Plus, way better music! Thumbs up!
Great videos and I like the way you make the kits, but would it not be better to spray the underside of the tank first? Then you would not have to touch the painted bits to lift the tank. Keep up the great work, best modelling videos on UA-cam.
I was inspired by you (and others) so I bought a miniature model kit today. It is a Flames of War M10 Tank Destroyer Platoon.
+GamingWithJacob342 That's great have fun, thanks for watching
Flames of War models are smaller and a lot harder to do than "normal" 1/48 scale stuff like Tamiya's
+Jack Harmon i have never built a FoW model but thanx for the hint but I have made 2 Tamiya kits so i might be ready
Really good to see some active modelling without the performance with flappy hands with gloves like another site I’ve seen
Your so awsome
well like em will see more
Looks great, can you build Tamiya JS-3 next?
+illusive man funny i actually was just thinking about it
Thanks you for posting these videos. If i can, it would be nice to know how long it took you.
+D Swedish This kit including filming took about 3 days
Never built any tank before, so if I do I'll start with the WW1 ones first
I like this music better Andy
Me to I’m more of a Nirvana kind of guy
Nirvana the band
Where did the classical music go? Either way loved the vid!
Fantastic! More AFV and planes please. Be nice to see some tutorials. I think your build's are the best for quality and sound on youtube. Do you always use Tamiya paints?
Nice video. I really enjoy these full build type of videos. I was curious as to what paint you used for the tracks? I don't think you mentioned it in the video. Keep up the good work.
+Shawn Streeter i painted them nato black then did a mix of brown, red, and flat copper, dry brushed them with this , then added a a touch of black and pigment powders to that same mix and dry brushed again . then just weathered them with a liitle earth brown pigment.
Can you do a model of the German a7v world war 1 tank?
tamiya glue is strong smelling
hai Andy great model, i made also one myself and it became a nice thing. But i have to say that there is something wrong with your model. When i look in the booklet at step number 1 you can see that parts B2 and B14 have to be just glueing the other way around. The angle has to be on the back site and the flat part on the front. Excuse me for the failures in writing but i hope that you know what i mean. Best regards Eric
can you do more meng
Where did you find the music? Good job on the video.
I'm curious Andy, you're right handed, but you have the cement on your left, thus having to keep reaching over the work in progress to get at it.
Any reason - ?
MENG and takom .Which one is better?
nice video as always. i had a question about tamiya paints? how do you mix? in the AB cup or use pipette eye droppers?and is shaking the tamiya bottle vigoreously okay?as it states to stir gentle...thanks.
+Mikey Tavarez I Shake them and then add to a jar equally
Hey Andy, do u thin tamiya acrylics?if Yes With which thinner? and why u dont use any primer before painting? sry for my English, its rly bad i think :-) thx for answer :-)
+Sebastian Grzybowski I do use Tamiya acrylics and I use tamiya thinner . Never found it necessary to use primer , other then shadow coat but that really isn't primer.
+Andy's Hobby Headquarters thank you very much :-) waiting for your next videos :-) cya!
Isn't it a MENG kit and not a MING? Just wonderin'.
which Airbrush do you use?
Is the crew cabin on the whippet supposed to be on the front or back?
Ok thanks
made mine out of carboard
Why u no make char 2c
The tracks are awful that come with this kit, they are too brittle and come loose when trying to install.
BRING BACK THE CLASSICAL MUSIC!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
+belloso16 next video will be classical thanks for watching
Thank you so much! I can't not watch your videos...the models are great! just wish there were more to watch haha.
Yeah I now i'm trying to get more done this year , As you probably see I do them at work and I have to do it in slow times, and this is the most hectic time of year. Thanks again
